wound or ecchymosis , can not elevate Rt. Arm and flex
elbow due to pain,Rt.wrist not tender ,full ROM,no
wrist drop,motor : can extend thumb against resistance,
OK sign normal,can abduct fingers against
resistance,Froment’s sign normal ,sensory intact ,pulse
full, capillary refill < 2 secs

! Less than 3 cm of shortening
