The intercultural project provided students an opportunity to both share their Argentine culture with someone not from Argentina and learn about a different culture. Students presented posters about various families in Argentina, including indigenous and immigrant groups. Jasmine then shared a PowerPoint about her culture through pictures of her university, food, music and films, and family. The students engaged in a debate with Jasmine, asking questions about her culture and sharing aspects of their own culture. The lesson was a positive experience for both students and teachers to learn about another culture.
Narrative 1
The narrator describes their first experience observing classes at a new school. They were nervous at first but were greeted warmly by the English teacher. The teacher introduced the narrator to the class and explained their role. The narrator observed two classes, taking notes on the classroom environment and student behavior. After the second class, the teacher suggested the narrator bring a game to help students practice vocabulary. The students enjoyed the memory game and asked if the narrator would bring it again. Though initially anxious, the narrator found the experience excellent and felt more comfortable as bonds with students developed over time.
Reflection on my practicum experience ailen bailo
1) The student had to deal with a critical incident when one of the students got injured and was bleeding from a nail in the floor. The student and mentor teacher helped the injured student and called his parents while the pedagogical partner watched the other students.
2) The student had to improve the pitch of their voice so the back students could hear instructions and questions better. The most enjoyed class was an intercultural project where students were engaged learning about another student's life.
3) Working with a pedagogical partner was productive but required time to agree on activities. The partner was very helpful when each taught classes.
Feedback ailen bailo by estela
1) Aylen, a teacher assistant, led a lesson at Escuela 74 with her co-teacher Maria Eugenia. They worked on a project called "our monster family book".
2) Aylen demonstrated excellent teaching skills. She explained the objectives clearly and focused on vocabulary like adjectives. The students were engaged in the task of creating a mini book.
3) Both trainees, Aylen and Agustina, circulated the classroom to monitor the students' work and provide support. They managed to include a student with cochlear implants.

This activism has led to the cessation of student encampments but also highlighted the substantial sacrifices made by students, including academic disruptions and personal risks. The primary drivers of these protests are poor university administration, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication between officials and students. This study examines the profound emotional, psychological, and professional impacts on students engaged in pro-Palestine protests, focusing on Generation Z's (Gen-Z) activism dynamics. This paper explores the significant sacrifices made by these students and even the professors supporting the pro-Palestine movement, with a focus on recent global movements. Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion. The emotional and psychological toll on student activists is significant, but their sense of purpose and community support mitigates some of these challenges. However, the researchers call for acknowledging the broader Impact of these sacrifices on the future global movement of FreePalestine.

There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
