LEARNING OBJECTIVES
To revise family members and adjectives (small, big, young and old).
To practice writing macro-skills by making a short description of one
member of the family.
WARM UP
We will begin the class by showing the students a poster made by
the teacher with a description of one member of her family and
pictures to illustrate the description.
2. FIRST ACTIVIY:
Type of interaction: Students individually
Macro-skills: Writing.
Timing: 25 minutes.
Materials: Colourful papers.
DEVELOPMENT
We will give the students pieces of paper in which they will have to
describe one of their family members and draw him/her.
SECOND ACTIVIY:
Type of interaction: Students individually
Macro-skills: Speaking.
Timing: 15 minutes.
Materials: student’s descriptions.
DEVELOPMENT
We will ask the students to stick the descriptions all together on a
big poster.
Then they will have to pass to the board and share orally to their
partners their productions.
