• Evaluation is a process of making judgements to be used
as a basis for planning . it consists of establishing goals,
collecting evidence concerning

ककए जयने वयिे ननर्ण् िेने की एक प्रकि्य है। इसमें िक्ष््
स्थयपपत करनय, सयक्ष्् एकत्र करनय शयलमि है
 growth towards goals, making judgements about the
evidence and revising procedures and goals in the light of
judgements. It is for improving the product, the process
and even the goals in themselves Wiles
 िक्ष््ों के प्रनत वृद्धध, सयक्ष्् के बयरे में ननर्ण् करनय और
प्रकि्यओां और िक्ष््ों को सांशोधधत करनय। ्ह उत्पयद, प्रकि्य
और ्हयां तक कक िक्ष््ों को अपने आप में सुधयरने के लिए है
EVALUATION
From the stand point of classroom evaluation, it
is the systematic process of collecting,
analyzing and interpreting information to
determine the extent to which pupils are
achieving instructional objectives
कक्षय के मूल्यांकन के दृष्टिकोर् से, ्ह पवद््यधथण्ों को
ननदेशयत्मक उद्देश््ों को प्रयप्त करने के लिए जयनकयरी
को एकत्रत्रत करने, पवश्िेषर् करने और व््यख््य करने की
व््वष्स्थत प्रकि्य है।
SCOPE OF EVALUATION
• Value judgment
• Ascertaining the extend to which the educational objectives have
been attained
• Effectiveness of appraisal or methods of instruction
• Identifies pupil’s strengths and weakness, difficulties and problems,
needs and demands
• Provide baseline for guidance and counseling
• ननर्ण् कय सम्मयन करनय
• उस पवस्तयर के बयरे में ष्जससे शैक्षक्षक उद्देश््ों को प्रयप्त कक्य ग्य है
• मूल्यांकन ्य ननदेश के तरीकों की प्रभयवशीितय
• लशट् की तयकत और कमजोरी, कठिनयइ्ों और समस््यओां, जरूरतों और मयांगों
की पहचयन करतय है

PURPOSE OF EVALUATION
• To discover the extend of competenceसक्षमतय कय पवस्तयर खोजने के
लिए
• To predict the educational practicesशैक्षक्षक प्रथयओां कय अनुमयन िगयने
के लिए
• To certify student’s degree, proficiency in a particular educational
practiceछयत्र की डिग्री को प्रमयणर्त करने के लिए, एक पवशेष शैक्षक्षक अभ््यस
में प्रवीर्तय
• To appraise the status of and changes in student’s behaviorछयत्र के
व््वहयर में पररवतणन और उसकी ष्स्थनत कय मूल्यांकन करनय
• To make provision for guiding the growth of the individual
studentव््ष्ततगत छयत्र के पवकयस कय मयगणदशणन करने के लिए प्रयवधयन करनय
• To diagnose the individual students educational weakness and
strengthव््ष्ततगत छयत्रों की शैक्षक्षक कमजोरी और तयकत कय ननदयन करने के
लिए

• FORMATIVE EVALUATION (process evaluation)
• SUMMATIVE EVALUATION (product evaluation)
Types
• needs assessment आकिन की आवश््कतय है
• Evaluability assessment मूल्यांकन कय मूल्यांकन
• structured conceptualization सांरधचत अवधयरर्य
• Implementation evaluation कय्यणन्व्न मूल्यांकन
• Process evaluation प्रकि्य मूल्यांकन
Advantage:
• Emphasize the parts instead the entityइकयई के बजय् भयगों
पर जोर दें
• The events are recent thus of marking accuracy
andpreventing distortion by timeइस प्रकयर हयि ही में
सिीकतय को धचष्न्हत कक्य ग्य है और सम् के अनुसयर पवकृ नत
को दशयण्य ग्य है
• The results can be used to improve student
performance, program of instruction, or learning outcome
before the program or course has concludedपररर्यमों कय
उप्ोग छयत्र के प्रदशणन, लशक्षय के कय्णिम में सुधयर करने के लिए
कक्य जय सकतय है, ्य कय्णिम ्य पयठ््िम के समयपन से पहिे
सीखने के पररर्यम
Disadvantage
• Making judgment before the activity is completed and not
being able to see results before judgments are made
intrusiveगनतपवधध पूरी होने से पहिे ननर्ण् िेनय और ननर्ण् से
पहिे पररर्यम देखने में सक्षम नहीां होने के कयरर् घुसपैि की जयती
है
• interrupt the flow of outcomesपररर्यमों के प्रवयह में रुकयवि
• chance for a false sense of security when formative
evaluation is positive and the final results are not positive
as predicted earlie सुरक्षय की झूिी भयवनय के लिए मौकय जब
औपचयररक मूल्यांकन सकयरयत्मक होतय है और अांनतम पररर्यम
सकयरयत्मक नहीां होते हैं जैसय कक पहिे बतय्य ग्य थय
