Teachers
• In this period of drastic changes that occur
day by day in all the walks of life, teachers
should go on updating their knowledge as
well as skills related to teaching. Let’s make a
glance at different factors which force
teachers to have professional development.
• जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों में दिन-प्रदिदिन होने वाले कठोर पररवितनों की इस अवदि में,
दिक्षकों को अपने ज्ञान के साथ-साथ दिक्षण से संबंदिि कौिल को भी अद्यिन करना
चादहए। आइए दवदभन्न कारकों पर एक नज़र डालें जो दिक्षकों को व्यावसादयक
दवकास के दलए मजबूर करिे हैं।
Need and Significance
• The teacher who is not capable of reading
the mind of a student will be a poor
teacher. So he should update his
knowledge related to child growth and
development, adolescent characteristics
etc.
• जो दिक्षक एक छात्र के दिमाग को पढ़ने में सक्षम नहीं है, वह एक गरीब दिक्षक
होगा। िो उसे बाल दवकास और दवकास, दकिोर दविेषिाओं आदि से संबंदिि
अपने ज्ञान को अद्यिन करना चादहए।
Changes in the Child Psychology
• Today’s students are entirely different from
students of the olden days, and tomorrow’s
will show higher degree of difference. If the
teacher is not able to catch the changes in the
attitude of the students of different eras, he
will be thrown out of the stream. .
• आज के छात्र पुराने दिनों के छात्रों से पूरी िरह से अलग हैं, और कल के अंिर में उच्च
स्िर का अंिर दिखाई िेगा। यदि दिक्षक दवदभन्न युगों के छात्रों के दृदिकोण में पररवितन
को पकड़ने में सक्षम नहीं है, िो उसे िारा से बाहर दनकाल दिया जाएगा। ।
Change in the Attitude of Students
• Teacher should be able to catch the
interest area of the students of different
periods, and should use examples related
to such areas for elaborating and
illustrating the learning materials.
• दिक्षक को दवदभन्न अवदियों के छात्रों के दहि क्षेत्र को पकड़ने में सक्षम होना
चादहए, और ऐसे क्षेत्रों से संबंदिि उिाहरणों का उपयोग दिक्षण सामग्री को
दवस्िृि और दचत्रण करने के दलए करना चादहए।
Change in the Taste of Students
• There is a phenomena called knowledge explosion
in every field of our life that unbelievable facts
and theories are born every day, and the
specialized areas of minute aspects of different
department of knowledge go on increasing. So
teachers should keep basic knowledge on each
genre of knowledge.

े हर क्षेत्र में ज्ञान ववस्फोट कहा जाता है कक
अववश्वसनीय तथ्य और ससद्ाांत हर दिन पैिा होते हैं, और ज्ञान

Knowledge Explosion in the World
• New scientific inventions are made frequently.
If the teacher does not keep an eye on the new
theories and inventions, he may have to give
misinformation to the students which may
ultimately create some black moles on the
image of the teacher.
• नए वैज्ञादनक आदवष्कार अक्सर दकए जािे हैं। यदि दिक्षक नए दसद्ांिों और
आदवष्कारों पर नजर नहीं रखिा है, िो उसे छात्रों को गलि जानकारी िेनी पड़ सकिी
है जो अंििः दिक्षक की छदव पर कुछ काले दिल पैिा कर सकिे हैं।
Development in the Field of
Modern Science
• New information technology has made so many
changes in the field of education. Those who are
not able to use technology in classrooms are
labeled illiterate at present. Even the small
children have become expert users of technology,
which demands the teacher to become a better
user of technology.
• नई सूचना प्रौद्योदगकी ने दिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कई बिलाव दकए हैं। जो लोग कक्षाओं में प्रौद्योदगकी
का उपयोग करने में सक्षम नहीं हैं, उन्हें वितमान में अनपढ़ कहा जािा है। यहां िक दक छोटे
बच्चे भी प्रौद्योदगकी के दविेषज्ञ उपयोगकिात बन गए हैं, जो दिक्षक को प्रौद्योदगकी का बेहिर
उपयोगकिात बनने की मांग करिा है।

• The curriculum setters have accepted
dynamic and flexible approach for the same,
which demands the teachers go on updating
their idea on the aims and objectives of the
latest curriculum and syllabus.
• पाठ्यक्रम बसने वालों ने उसी के दलए गदििील और लचीले दृदिकोण को स्वीकार
दकया है, जो मांग करिा है दक दिक्षक नवीनिम पाठ्यक्रम और पाठ्यक्रम के उद्देश्यों
और उद्देश्यों पर अपने दवचार को अपडेट करिे रहें।

• The teacher should be able to make use of
latest methodologies for the transaction
of the learning materials. He should know
how to manage group activities and brain
storming sessions effectively.
• दिक्षक को दिक्षण सामग्री के लेन-िेन के दलए नवीनिम िरीकों का उपयोग
करने में सक्षम होना चादहए। उसे पिा होना चादहए दक समूह गदिदवदियों और
मदस्िष्क िूफान सत्रों को प्रभावी ढंग से कै से प्रबंदिि दकया जाए।
