In Educational Background, Alfa Maulana was graduated from Universitas Indonesia majoring
Business Administration in 1999 and held a Bachelor degree (Sarjana Sosial – S.Sos.). And in 2011, Alfa
held his Master degree (Master of Business Adminstration – M.B.A.) from Universitas Gadjah Mada,
majoring Strategic Management with GPA @3,65.
Alfa is a Sales Performance & Quality Management consultant, Training Facilitator and Professional
Coach. He expand & deepening his Leadership skill specially in Coaching & Mentoring areas since
2010. As a freelancer Training Facilitator, in 2012, Alfa join James Gwee Success Center as one of
James Gwee’s Associate Trainer. Continue pursuing and developing his carreer in people
development, in 2014, Alfa finally, got C.P.C. tittle (Certified Professional Coach) as an Executive &
Life Coach from Coaching Indonesia (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours – ACSTH). In the last
4-years, once again, Alfa proof his softskill as a Professional Coach by helped several factories and
companies in Central Java & Bali which have around 200-300 employees and 20-30 leaders (such as:
CV Bima Polyplast, PT Djerapah Megah Perkasa, PT Bandag & PURAVIDA-Prudential Agency) in
developing Leaders capabilities and company’s sales performance through Coaching & Mentoring.
Alfa has more than 20-years experience in sales specially in Banking Industry (BCA, LippoBank,
Danamon, CIMB Niaga). His in-depth experience in the field has made her a valuable leader of Sales
& Service Performance Improvement Project Teams, Coach and Trainer. He started his career at
Komselindo – Komunikasi Selular Indonesia with last position as a Sales Area Coordinator. Then he
moved out to Banking Industry starting with Credit card Sales Officer at PT. BCA, Tbk in 2001, his
excellent performance has rewarded him a promotion to a Marketing Communication Officer for
Consumer Division in the next two years.
Since his passion was in sales, he took the opportunity to be a Consumer Liabilities & Telesales
Manager at PT LippoBank, Tbk. Then in the next three years, he moved out to a higher position as a
Telesales Program Manager at Bank Danamon.

He ended Banking Industry carrier at CIMB Niaga with the latest position as a National Division Head
– Direct Sales Funding. Now he is a facilitator with delivering talented and good performance
especially at technical & hard competencies in Sales & Leadership.

And in 2011, Alfa held his Master degree (Master of Business Adminstration – M.B.A.) from Universitas Gadjah Mada, majoring Strategic Management with GPA @3,65. Alfa is a Sales Performance & Quality Management consultant, Training Facilitator and Professional Coach. Alfa has more than 20-years experience in sales specially in Banking Industry (BCA, LippoBank, Danamon, CIMB Niaga). His in-depth experience in the field has made her a valuable leader of Sales & Service Performance Improvement Project Teams, Coach and Trainer. He started his career at Komselindo – Komunikasi Selular Indonesia with last position as a Sales Area Coordinator. Then he moved out to Banking Industry starting with Credit card Sales Officer at PT. BCA, Tbk in 2001, his excellent performance has rewarded him a promotion to a Marketing Communication Officer for Consumer Division in the next two years.
