A. Countability is the ability to count on someone when & where it counts
B. Give me a word that comes from countability...
C. Give me a word that comes from uncountability... – You already have a picture
of someone that countable & not countable...
D. How many of you have been let down by someone?
E. How many of you have let someone down?
F. Countability, actually comes from 3 words:
Character + Competence + Consistency
G. To be RIGHT on the inside – To do RIGHT on the outside
H. Eventhough, You have all good characters, but You don’t have Competencies,
NO people will follow You
I. Those 3 words, CANNOT stand alone, they’re TOGETHER come as 1

The team fails to reach its potential when it fails to pay the price.
When it is a person/a team/ an Organization STOPS growing?
When it fails to pay the price required for growth
Growth is painful – Lif is painful
If the person fails to pay the price, eventually pay a price – You
paying a price for NOT paying THE PRICE

Price Tag toughts:
A. The Price must be paid by EVERYONE
If You don’t pay the price, everybody else in your team, will do – for you NOT
paying the Price
The Problem is NOT: “I’d like to do what you do!”, BUT, “Do You want to do
what I did? So You can do what I do!”
The problem is not just having a dream, but how You’re gonna PAY for it?
The Bigger the dream, The Bigger the payment
I Don’t impressed by what You don’t have – but I’m impressed by something
You WILLINGLY give-up to go to another level, It’s a TRAITS-OFF
The Higher the price – The FEWER the BIDDERS
