Anda untuk sukses dalam PENJUALAN dan memberikan PELAYANAN
Didalam sebuah proses penjualan dan pelayanan, harus dipahami kebutuhan akan sebuah Sales
Cycle. Sales Cycle atau siklus sales adalah sebuah proses atau tahapan yang harus dan akan dilalui
oleh semua salespeople ketika akan dan sebelum melakukan penjualan dan pelayanan. Berbagai
bentuk dan tahapan Sales Cycle dapat diciptakan dan dibentuk tergantung dari natures of bussiness
atau target/fokus kegiatan penjualan dan pelayanannya. Walaupun demikian Sales Cycle merupakan
prasyarat awal dalam melakukan peningkatan dan pengembangan kemampuan menjual dan
melayani dari seorang salespeople hingga menjadi seorang sales leaders.
Sales Script, itulah yang menjadi penyambung dan jiwa didalam setiap tahapan dan Sales Cycle
tersebut. Tanpa rumusan, planning dan training dalam melakukan dan meningkatkan kemampuan
dan kualitas sales script, maka umumnya proses pencapaian tujuan atau target penjualan menjadi
menurun dari sisi efektifitas dan efisiensi juga ketajaman insting dan intuisi dari seorang salespeople.
Dengan memiliki kemampuan untuk membentuk dan mengembangkan sebuah Sales Script, maka
salespeople sudah dikatakan telah berhasil di tahap awal dalam persiapannya menerapkan semua
tahapan dari Sales Cycle.

Dengan mengenali pentingnya sebuah persiapan sebelum melakukan dan menerapkan semua
tahapan dalam Sales Cycle, maka merupakan prasyarat untuk sukses dalam kegiatan penjualan
adalah dengan mempelajari dan mengembangkan kemampuan Sales Script yang efektif dan efisien.
Sehingga dengan mengenali pentingnya sebuah sales script tersebut maka seorang salespeople akan
memahami bahwa salespeople handal bukanlah yang BANYAK BICARA (pandai bicara) melainkan
BANYAK BERTANYA. Kemampuan inilah yang akan dikenali, digali dan dikembangkan dalam modul
ini, untuk mempertajam kemampuan seorang salespeople dalam melakukan penjualan dan
memberikan pelayanan.

Experience
Alfa is a Sales Performance & Quality Management consultant and Training Facilitator with more
than 20-years experience in sales area, specially in Banking Industry (BCA, LippoBank, Danamon,
CIMB Niaga). His in-depth experience in the field has made her a valuable leader of Sales & Service
Performance Improvement Project Teams, Sales Coach and Trainer.
He started his career at Komselindo-Komunikasi Selular Indonesia (TeleCommunication Company)
with last position as a Sales Area Coordinator. Then he moved out to Banking Industry starting with
Credit Card Sales Officer at PT. BCA, Tbk in 2001, his excellent performance has rewarded him a
promotion to a Marketing Communication Officer for Consumer Division in the next two years.
Since his passion was in sales, he took the opportunity to be a Consumer Liabilities & Telesales
Manager at LippoBank.Then in the next three years, he moved out to a higher position as a
Telesales Program & Project Management Manager at Bank Danamon.
He ended Banking Industry carrier at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk with the latest position as a National
Division Head – Direct Sales Funding. Now he is a facilitator with delivering talented and good
performance especially at technical & hard competencies in Sales.

KENALI, PELAJARI & KEMBANGKAN kemampuan tersebut, dan PERSIAPKAN diri Anda untuk sukses dalam PENJUALAN dan memberikan PELAYANAN Didalam sebuah proses penjualan dan pelayanan, harus dipahami kebutuhan akan sebuah Sales Cycle. Sales Cycle atau siklus sales adalah sebuah proses atau tahapan yang harus dan akan dilalui oleh semua salespeople ketika akan dan sebelum melakukan penjualan dan pelayanan. Berbagai bentuk dan tahapan Sales Cycle dapat diciptakan dan dibentuk tergantung dari natures of bussiness atau target/fokus kegiatan penjualan dan pelayanannya. Walaupun demikian Sales Cycle merupakan prasyarat awal dalam melakukan peningkatan dan pengembangan kemampuan menjual dan melayani dari seorang salespeople hingga menjadi seorang sales leaders. Sales Script, itulah yang menjadi penyambung dan jiwa didalam setiap tahapan dan Sales Cycle tersebut. Tanpa rumusan, planning dan training dalam melakukan dan meningkatkan kemampuan dan kualitas sales script, maka umumnya proses pencapaian tujuan atau target penjualan menjadi menurun dari sisi efektifitas dan efisiensi juga ketajaman insting dan intuisi dari seorang salespeople. Dengan memiliki kemampuan untuk membentuk dan mengembangkan sebuah Sales Script, maka salespeople sudah dikatakan telah berhasil di tahap awal dalam persiapannya menerapkan semua tahapan dari Sales Cycle. Dengan mengenali pentingnya sebuah persiapan sebelum melakukan dan menerapkan semua tahapan dalam Sales Cycle, maka merupakan prasyarat untuk sukses dalam kegiatan penjualan adalah dengan mempelajari dan mengembangkan kemampuan Sales Script yang efektif dan efisien.
