ABOUT THE PROGRAM
“Bisnis adalah Proses – Setiap Proses PASTI dapat diukur – Segala sesuatu yang dapat diukur
PASTI dapat dikembangkan – Measured the PROCESS NOT JUST END RESULT”.
Karyawan adalah merupakan aset paling penting didalam sebuah organisasi. Dalam prosesnya
pencapaian target organisasi dan individu, MOTIVASI merupakan salah satu dari 4 poin penting
terkait pengembangan SKILL dan WILL seorang karyawan. Sehingga harus dijalankan Synergy
dan dipahami oleh masing-masing individu dalam organisasi.
Motivasi bukan hanya milik karyawan semata, melainkan juga harus dipahami oleh para
LEADERS dalam Organisasi agar dapat membantu anggota tim nya dalam menciptakan ‘internal
drivers of motivation’ sehingga memiliki kemampuan mengembangkan dan pompa motivasi
yang berkesinambungan.
Walaupun dalam proses mengembangkan SKILL dan WILL, bagian motivasi hanya memberikan
25% kontribusi, tetapi memiliki peran yang sangat crucial dan sepanjang masa, karena sebagai
manusia sudah dipastikan kondisi motivasi yang fluktuasi. Intinya adalah bagaimana
membangun polapikir yang mencintai dan mengendalikan sebuah perubahan yang positif dan
powerful.
HOW DOES IT WORKS ?
Menciptakan polapikir yang berpedoman kepada perubahan atau biasa yang disebut Change
Mindset maka diharapkan perubahan yang berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan tersebut dapat
diciptakan dan dikelola dengan baik dan positif dan juga synergy antar bagian dan individu
dalam perusahaan dan organisasi.
Sehingga pada tujuan akhirnya adalah dapat memenuhi juga menyelaraskan needs dan wants
dari semua pelanggan, baik internal customer dan external customer.

Experience
Alfa is a Sales Performance & Quality Management consultant and Training Facilitator with more
than 20-years experience in sales area, specially in Banking Industry (BCA, LippoBank, Danamon,
CIMB Niaga). His in-depth experience in the field has made her a valuable leader of Sales &
Service Performance Improvement Project Teams, Sales Coach and Trainer.
He started his career at Komselindo-Komunikasi Selular Indonesia (TeleCommunication
Company) with last position as a Sales Area Coordinator. Then he moved out to Banking
Industry starting with Credit Card Sales Officer at PT. BCA, Tbk in 2001, his excellent
performance has rewarded him a promotion to a Marketing Communication Officer for
Consumer Division in the next two years.
Since his passion was in sales, he took the opportunity to be a Consumer Liabilities & Telesales
Manager at LippoBank.Then in the next three years, he moved out to a higher position as a
Telesales Program & Project Management Manager at Bank Danamon.
He ended Banking Industry carrier at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk with the latest position as a
National Division Head – Direct Sales Funding. Now he is a facilitator with delivering talented
and good performance especially at technical & hard competencies in Sales.

Motivational Session/Alfa Maulana, MBA/Assc Trainer James Gwee Page 1 2-Days Workshop Motivational Session Fasilitator : Alfa Maulana, S.Sos., MBA ABOUT THE PROGRAM “Bisnis adalah Proses – Setiap Proses PASTI dapat diukur – Segala sesuatu yang dapat diukur PASTI dapat dikembangkan – Measured the PROCESS NOT JUST END RESULT”. Karyawan adalah merupakan aset paling penting didalam sebuah organisasi. Dalam prosesnya pencapaian target organisasi dan individu, MOTIVASI merupakan salah satu dari 4 poin penting terkait pengembangan SKILL dan WILL seorang karyawan. Sehingga harus dijalankan Synergy dan dipahami oleh masing-masing individu dalam organisasi. Motivasi bukan hanya milik karyawan semata, melainkan juga harus dipahami oleh para LEADERS dalam Organisasi agar dapat membantu anggota tim nya dalam menciptakan ‘internal drivers of motivation’ sehingga memiliki kemampuan mengembangkan dan pompa motivasi yang berkesinambungan. Walaupun dalam proses mengembangkan SKILL dan WILL, bagian motivasi hanya memberikan 25% kontribusi, tetapi memiliki peran yang sangat crucial dan sepanjang masa, karena sebagai manusia sudah dipastikan kondisi motivasi yang fluktuasi. Intinya adalah bagaimana membangun polapikir yang mencintai dan mengendalikan sebuah perubahan yang positif dan powerful. HOW DOES IT WORKS ? Menciptakan polapikir yang berpedoman kepada perubahan atau biasa yang disebut Change Mindset maka diharapkan perubahan yang berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan tersebut dapat diciptakan dan dikelola dengan baik dan positif dan juga synergy antar bagian dan individu dalam perusahaan dan organisasi. Sehingga pada tujuan akhirnya adalah dapat memenuhi juga menyelaraskan needs dan wants dari semua pelanggan, baik internal customer dan external customer. WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES? 1. Sales Management, Trainer and Motivator 2. Effective Sales Leadership behaviors and proven Sales management methodologies in the field 3. Facilitation , training and Professional Coaching Experience Alfa is a Sales Performance & Quality Management consultant and Training Facilitator with more than 20-years experience in sales area, specially in Banking Industry (BCA, LippoBank, Danamon, CIMB Niaga). His in-depth experience in the field has made her a valuable leader of Sales & Service Performance Improvement Project Teams, Sales Coach and Trainer. He started his career at Komselindo-Komunikasi Selular Indonesia (TeleCommunication Company) with last position as a Sales Area Coordinator. Then he moved out to Banking Industry starting with Credit Card Sales Officer at PT. BCA, Tbk in 2001, his excellent performance has rewarded him a promotion to a Marketing Communication Officer for Consumer Division in the next two years. Since his passion was in sales, he took the opportunity to be a Consumer Liabilities & Telesales Manager at LippoBank.Then in the next three years, he moved out to a higher position as a Telesales Program & Project Management Manager at Bank Danamon. He ended Banking Industry carrier at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk with the latest position as a National Division Head – Direct Sales Funding. Now he is a facilitator with delivering talented and good performance especially at technical & hard competencies in Sales. Educational Background 1.
