Effective MindMapping in Goal Setting

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Goal Setting merupakan sebuah tahap atau langkah awal dalam sebuah proses panjang
pencapaian tujuan. Karena merupakan sebuah proses maka semua tahapan dan framework nya
harus jelas dan dijalankan secara keseluruhan, komitmen dan konsekwen. Layaknya sebuah
proses disebuah pabrik, semua tahapannya harus terukur jelas sehingga dengan mudah
dilakukan review untuk mencapai tingkat efektifitas dan efisiensi yang direncanakan.
Banyaknya karayawan atau orang yang merasa beberapa GOALS dalam hidupnya tidak atau
belum tercapai sesuai rencananya disebabkan beberapa hal yang utama yaitu, mereka biasanya
TIDAK atau BELUM menuliskan (Writting-Down) GOALS nya dengan jelas, lalu tidak dilakukan
REVIEW dan Re-Write the GOALS dengan jelas. Hal-hal tersebut akan menjadikan semua
tahapan dalam proses pencapaian tujuan akan terukus dan mudah dikembangkan.
Dalam melakukan Goal Setting ini ada beberapa ilmu yang berupa softskill dan hardskill yang
harus dikembangkan dan dipelajari agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Teori Pemahaman Personality
atau karakter individu merupakan softskill awal yang harus dipelajari dan dikembangkan
sehingga dalam menentukan GOALS sudah dapat langsung disesuaikan dengan karakter individu
dan cara-cara atau pendekatan sesuai karakter masing-masing.
Beberapa orang telah berhasil dan sukses dalam pembuatan atau setting-up GOALS atau Goal
Setting dan dikatan telah mencapai tingkat efektifitas dan efisiensi yang diharapkan hanya
dengan menggunakan, menerapkan dan mengembangkan sebuah teori yang diperkenalkan oleh
Tony Buzan yaitu yang dikenal dengan MindMapping®. MindMapping® atau peta pikiran sudah
dikenal puluhan tahun sebagai sebuah terobosan dalam memahami, mencari dan menemukan
sebuah solusi penyelesaian sebuah masalah berikut dengan semua alternatif dan kondisi-kondisi
didepan yang biasanya jarang sekali dapat diidentifikasi dari awal. Dengan MindMapping® ini
kita akan diberikan cara-cara untuk mencari dan menemukan akan masalah beserta solusi dan
alternatifnya yang tidak pernah terpikir sebelumnya. Sebuah pola pikir yang terstruktur, terpola
dan dapat diidentifikasi dalam waktu yang relatif sangat singkat dengan men-synergy kan kerja
Otak Kiri dan Otak Kanan setiap manusia.
HOW DOES IT WORKS ?
Meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan Problem Solving dan Decision Making juga
meningkatkan daya pikir yang berpedoman kepada solusi dan bukan kendala atau dikenal
dengan solusi oriented. Menemukan sebuah terobosan melakukan Goal Setting dalam proses
pencapaian tujuan lengkap dengan solusi dan semua alternatif yang belum pernah terpikir
sebelumnya. Juga mengetahui jalan atau alternatif cara yang paling efektif dan efisien dalam

proses tersebut. Tidak hanya Goal Setting, bahkan Effective MindMapping telah terbukti
membantu dalam proses pemecahan masalah dan pencapaian tujuan.
WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES?
1. Memahami pentingnya sebuah GOALS dalam setiap langkah baik dipekerjaan ataupun di
kehidupan setiap manusia
2. Mampu membuat sebuah perencanaan yang lebih komprehensif yang mencintai dan
membiasakan diri dengan sebuah perubahan karena memiliki pola pikir yang ke depan
3. Memahami sebuah ilmu tentang MindMapping® atau peta pikiran dan mampu
membuat dan mengembangkannya secara individu sebagai sebuah cara untuk mencari
solusi dan pemecahan masalah yang belum pernah terpikir sebelumnya.
4. Memahami dan mengembangkan Teori Personality Plus dalam mencari dan mengenal
kekuatan dan kelemahan dari masing-masing 4 karakter individu yang ada sehingga
mengetahui apa yang menjadi kekuatan kita dalam menjawab setiap tantangan dan
kelemahan karakter lain untuk digunakan dalam berkomunikasi, bersosialisasi dan
bernegosiasi.
5. Mengetahui KEKUATAN dahsyat dari sebuah synergy antara Otak Kiri dan Otak Kanan
dalam menyelesaikan masalah, mencari dan menemukan solusi juga berbagai alternatif
yang ada
6. Memiliki sebuah cara pendekatan dalam merumuskan GOAL SETTING, Problem Solving

Experience
Alfa is a Sales Performance & Quality Management consultant and Training Facilitator with more
than 20-years experience in sales area, specially in Banking Industry (BCA, LippoBank, Danamon,
CIMB Niaga). His in-depth experience in the field has made her a valuable leader of Sales &
Service Performance Improvement Project Teams, Sales Coach and Trainer.
He started his career at Komselindo-Komunikasi Selular Indonesia (TeleCommunication
Company) with last position as a Sales Area Coordinator. Then he moved out to Banking
Industry starting with Credit Card Sales Officer at PT. BCA, Tbk in 2001, his excellent
performance has rewarded him a promotion to a Marketing Communication Officer for
Consumer Division in the next two years.
Since his passion was in sales, he took the opportunity to be a Consumer Liabilities & Telesales
Manager at LippoBank.Then in the next three years, he moved out to a higher position as a
Telesales Program & Project Management Manager at Bank Danamon.
He ended Banking Industry carrier at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk with the latest position as a
National Division Head – Direct Sales Funding. Now he is a facilitator with delivering talented
and good performance especially at technical & hard competencies in Sales.

Karena merupakan sebuah proses maka semua tahapan dan framework nya harus jelas dan dijalankan secara keseluruhan, komitmen dan konsekwen. Layaknya sebuah proses disebuah pabrik, semua tahapannya harus terukur jelas sehingga dengan mudah dilakukan review untuk mencapai tingkat efektifitas dan efisiensi yang direncanakan. Banyaknya karayawan atau orang yang merasa beberapa GOALS dalam hidupnya tidak atau belum tercapai sesuai rencananya disebabkan beberapa hal yang utama yaitu, mereka biasanya TIDAK atau BELUM menuliskan (Writting-Down) GOALS nya dengan jelas, lalu tidak dilakukan REVIEW dan Re-Write the GOALS dengan jelas. Hal-hal tersebut akan menjadikan semua tahapan dalam proses pencapaian tujuan akan terukus dan mudah dikembangkan. Dalam melakukan Goal Setting ini ada beberapa ilmu yang berupa softskill dan hardskill yang harus dikembangkan dan dipelajari agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Teori Pemahaman Personality atau karakter individu merupakan softskill awal yang harus dipelajari dan dikembangkan sehingga dalam menentukan GOALS sudah dapat langsung disesuaikan dengan karakter individu dan cara-cara atau pendekatan sesuai karakter masing-masing. Beberapa orang telah berhasil dan sukses dalam pembuatan atau setting-up GOALS atau Goal Setting dan dikatan telah mencapai tingkat efektifitas dan efisiensi yang diharapkan hanya dengan menggunakan, menerapkan dan mengembangkan sebuah teori yang diperkenalkan oleh Tony Buzan yaitu yang dikenal dengan MindMapping®. MindMapping® atau peta pikiran sudah dikenal puluhan tahun sebagai sebuah terobosan dalam memahami, mencari dan menemukan sebuah solusi penyelesaian sebuah masalah berikut dengan semua alternatif dan kondisi-kondisi didepan yang biasanya jarang sekali dapat diidentifikasi dari awal. Dengan MindMapping® ini kita akan diberikan cara-cara untuk mencari dan menemukan akan masalah beserta solusi dan alternatifnya yang tidak pernah terpikir sebelumnya. Sebuah pola pikir yang terstruktur, terpola dan dapat diidentifikasi dalam waktu yang relatif sangat singkat dengan men-synergy kan kerja Otak Kiri dan Otak Kanan setiap manusia. HOW DOES IT WORKS ? Meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan Problem Solving dan Decision Making juga meningkatkan daya pikir yang berpedoman kepada solusi dan bukan kendala atau dikenal dengan solusi oriented.
