Roberto Rubi, head of the business marketing team, requests funding for Photoshop 6.0 training for himself and other marketing employees. The $750 per person cost of an introductory and advanced online course would allow them to better utilize Photoshop features and increase returns on marketing ads. 2. Current Situation
As head of the business marketing team I request funding to receive training for the use of Photoshop 6.0. At this point the Team and I only have
basic knowledge of the software which is not letting us use all the features available to create the most effective business ads possible and also not
giving the company the desired return for the price of the product.

3. Opportunity
I have looked into a training program for Photoshop that will cost $750 each for Introduction class and a Advanced course after if needed. Each
course takes two days and is taught online by certified Photoshop Instructors.

4. Audience Analysis
I will present this to the owner of my company and her husband. They will need to know that the money spent for this training will benefit the company,
that there money will be put to good use, and whether training me is the right solution or if hiring someone with previous knowledge of the software would
be better. The company is relatively knew so they will be concerned with the price of the course and whether it is in their budget or not at this time.

5. Key Stakeholders
The primary audience will be the owner of my small company and her husband. My secondary audience will be the other employees that are
involved in the business marketing department.
