Intent: CEO thinks that if 2 parties discuss outside
the room it will resolve faster.
Impact: 2 Parties don’t like each other, no appointment.
Hence problem is not resolved.

C. How does coaching for Self-Awareness work?
CEO: “I don’t understand why Sales and Finance
are not resolved the New Credit Line Policy.”
Coach: “What do you think?”
CEO: “They are lacked of time management skill.”
Coach: “What else could it be?”
CEO: “They may not comfortable to talk to each other. Ah!!!”
Coach: “What would be a solution?”

Coach: “That’s good. If you could go back in time,
how would you do it differently?”

to meet immediately after the EXCOM.”
