What tires me?
Heavy carbohydrate foods, excessive caffeine, dairy, gluten, lack of physical activity, cubicles, no music, 30 minute lunch breaks, being chained to a telephone, lack of freedom to implement my own ideas, un-inspired management, managers who use power and control and lack grace.
