What have I learned so far about myself as a leader? What are my strengths

I think I have natural leadership qualities and I am comfortable with that. My strengths is that I
can give direction what to do as I always have a clear work plan .My weakness is that I need
to concentrate on others’ opinions so that any better idea is not overlooked.
What steps should I take to develop myself as a leader in order to grow my
business? (For example: “I need to find a coach” or “I need to practice how to give
directions”.)
I need to practice and get training from a coach how to improve my
leadership skill more.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PLAN

clear working plan.My weakness is that I need to concentrate on others'
opinions so that any better idea is not overlooked.
I need a coach to get trained and need more practice to develop
my leadership skill more.

always work,I need to be practiced and trained to overcome that.

My strengths is that I can give direction what to do as I always have a clear work plan .My weakness is that I need to concentrate on others’ opinions so that any better idea is not overlooked.
