Often times, individuals need to have a coach who can listen to their ideas. As a group facilitator in corporate and non corporate settings for a wide variety of topics ranging from team building, stress reduction, inspiration and healthcare, I teach best what I have learned. This is the integration of my education, my experiences and my ability to transform a negative situation into an opportunity. Providing resources for businesses to include: group facilitation, executive coaching and inspired leadership, wellness day booths, lunch and learns and 12 week group coaching/nutrition programs.
