I’ll ask for 2 volunteers to write the date and
how the weather is like. Students will help
them saying what day it is and how is the
weather like.

Listening
The teacher will introduce himself to the
class. He will mention full name, age, where
he comes from, siblings, pets, favourite
things, sports, hobbies, etc.

Writing
Students will solve an information gap activity
about themselves. This activity will encourage
students to do the interdisciplinary project that
will be presented in the last lesson in order to
evaluate production, writing and speaking.

  • 1. LESSON PLAN Nº 3 DATE: Thursday 14th, October, 2021 TIMETABLE: Thursdays from 16:05 to 16:45 and 16:45 to 17:25. LENGTH OF THE LESSON: 40 minutes SCHOOL: Escuela Nº143 Mariano Moreno MENTOR TEACHER: Maria Magdalena Muller. TRAINEE: Rodrigo Diaz Alcazar COURSE: 5th grade ‘B’ and ‘C’. MATERIALS: Projector, Book “Follow your trail 1” TOPIC: “My Favourite Things” (Book, “Follow your Trail 1”, Unit 3)
  • 2. Procedures Stage/stage aim Description Interaction Timing Warm-up I’ll ask for 2 volunteers to write the date and how the weather is like. Students will help them saying what day it is and how is the weather like. T – Ss 5 mins. Listening The teacher will introduce himself to the class. He will mention full name, age, where he comes from, siblings, pets, favourite things, sports, hobbies, etc. Ss Group Work 5 mins. Writing Students will solve an information gap activity about themselves. This activity will encourage students to do the interdisciplinary project that will be presented in the last lesson in order to evaluate production, writing and speaking. Ss (Individual) 10 mins. Speaking We will share all the answers to the whole class. Ss (Individual) 10 mins. End The teacher will explain to students that they will work with the teacher of visual arts together with me to create a poster of themselves to be presented in the final class. T-Ss 5 mins.
