Working Title:
Constant Cars
What is it called? This can change if you think of something better later
Audience:
The audience that I will be targeting will be male. This is because more males enjoy cars rather
than females so my main gender audience will be male. The age range that I will be targeting will
be 15 to 25 years old because I did a google search of the average demographic of a car
magazine and I decided my age range depending on that. I will enjoy creating a magazine for this
age range because I do not have to make it kid friendly and I can also use words that they will
understand. The social grades that I will be targeting will be C1 and b because if they have an
interest in cars then they also may be looking to buy one and these people will be able to fford a
nice car. Also I will be targeting achievers because people who are serious with business will also
be serious with working hard to make money to afford one of the cars.

Why would your project appeal to this person? Discuss each audience element in relation to

Rationale (approx. 100 words)
I already have a few skills in Photoshop because I enjoy creating different kinds of things in
Photoshop. I know how to use most tools in Photoshop but there are also other tools that i want to
learn how to use properly. I will use the skills that I know and add them into my final product. I will
do this because I want my front cover to look as neat as possible and to do this I will use the tools I
already know. In the experiments I will use the tools that I don’t know how to use and try to
become better using them and also maybe use them in my final product.

Project Concept (approx. 200 words)
The concept for my project is that I create a front cover for a magazine and also a double page
spread of what the insides will look like. The idea for my design is that it will be a car magazine
and on the front cover it will have a tesla model x driving down a country road with the background
having a little bit of Gaussian blur to make the car pop. On the front cover there will be key
information that is also inside the magazine so people know what to expect before they buy the
magazine. I will add a title to the magazine and make it bold and easy to read so people wont get
confused when they look at the magazine.

Evaluation (approx. 50 words)
I will evaluate my work by going over everything that I have done and explain how and why I did
this. I will go over what I did well and also what I did bad so know not to include it in my next
project and also add other things that I did well in this project too.
How do you plan to evaluate the work? Reference conducting on-going evaluation (Production
Reflections) and your final self-reflection (Evaluation), analysing your work and its outcomes.
How will this process help developing your working practices as you continue with your
study/media career?
