of processes that people perform in order to
gather data that will enable them to decide

 Measurement refers to the set of procedures and the principles for

evaluations would be raw scores, standard scores.

particular skill and field knowledge.
2. Achievement test: high achievement scores usually indicate a
mastery of grade level material, 2. low achievement scores can
indicate the need for repeating the course grade.
