usually a large group of people
• A direct speech to a live audience in a structured,
deliberate manner in order to inform, influence,
or entertain them.

I. Preparation : The presenter has to prepare the contents
in proper order to deliver it effectively. The
presentation could be rehearsed for successful
completion.
II. Mode of Presentation : Proper arrangement of
supporting elements like computers, projectors videos
pictures, charts activities etc has to be planned properly

audience. The speaker must know the nature number
and other characteristics etc of the audience in
advance.
IV. Language and delivery : The choice of words must be in
tune with the content of the presentation. The
presenter should have control over the pace and flow
of the presentation.

10. IV.Non verbal communication The gestures, stance,
posture voice modulation of the speaker are very
important. Effective usage of non verbal modes will
be useful in delivering the content very effectively
to the audience.
V. Feed Back : The presenter must take feedback from
the audience continuously on observing the
audience reactions. This will help him to change the
mode of presentation if necessary.
