NANO TECHNOLOGY
• Nanotechnology (sometimes shortened to
"nanotech") is the study of manipulating matter on
an atomic and molecular scale.
• Generally, nanotechnology deals with structures
sized between 1 to 100 nanometer and involves
developing materials or devices within that size.
ROBOTICS
• Robotics is the branch of technology that
deals with the design, construction, operation,
structural disposition, manufacture and
application of robots. Robotics is related to
the sciences of enginnering, electronics,
mechanics and software.
NANOROBOTICS:
 Nanorobotics is the technology of creating
machines or robots at or close to the microscopic
scale of a nanometer (10-9
).
 Nanorobots would typically be devices ranging in
size from 0.1-10 micrometers.
 The main element used will be carbon in the form
of diamond nanocomposites because of the strength
and chemical inertness of these forms.
What is Nanobot?
 A nanobot is a nanotechnological robot machine, also
called a nanite, which is a mechanical or eletromechanical
device whose dimensions are measured in nanometres.

Nanorobots might carry small ultrasonic signal
generators to deliver frequencies directly to kidney
stones

arteriosclerosis by physically chipping away the
plaque along artery walls

• Minimum side effects
• In medical field we will have microscopic
robots floating in our blood streams fighting
against cancerous cells

• These are used to cure many diseases
which are not possible from ancient
methods.

DISADVANTAGES
• The initial design cost is very high.
• The design of the nanorobot is a very
complicated one.
• Hard to program.
• Limited external control mechanisms.
conclusion
 All of the current developments in technology directs human a step
closer to nanorobots production.
 Nanorobots can theoretically destroy all common diseases of the 20th
century, thereby ending much of the pain and suffering.
 Although research into nanorobots is in its preliminary stages, the
promise of such technology is endless.
 Nanobots are going to revolutionize the medical
industry in future.

  • 3. NANO TECHNOLOGY • Nanotechnology (sometimes shortened to "nanotech") is the study of manipulating matter on an atomic and molecular scale. • Generally, nanotechnology deals with structures sized between 1 to 100 nanometer and involves developing materials or devices within that size.

  • 5. ROBOTICS • Robotics is the branch of technology that deals with the design, construction, operation, structural disposition, manufacture and application of robots. Robotics is related to the sciences of enginnering, electronics, mechanics and software.

NANOROBOTICS:  Nanorobotics is the technology of creating machines or robots at or close to the microscopic scale of a nanometer (10-9 ).  Nanorobots would typically be devices ranging in size from 0.1-10 micrometers.  The main element used will be carbon in the form of diamond nanocomposites because of the strength and chemical inertness of these forms.

  • 12. Nanorobots might carry small ultrasonic signal generators to deliver frequencies directly to kidney stones
  • 14. Nanorobots may treat conditions like arteriosclerosis by physically chipping away the plaque along artery walls
  • 15. Nanobot in action A nanorobot machine roaming through the bloodstream, injecting or taking samples for identification and determining the concentrations of different compounds.

  • 20. DISADVANTAGES • The initial design cost is very high. • The design of the nanorobot is a very complicated one. • Hard to program. • Limited external control mechanisms.
  • 21. conclusion  All of the current developments in technology directs human a step closer to nanorobots production.  Nanorobots can theoretically destroy all common diseases of the 20th century, thereby ending much of the pain and suffering.  Although research into nanorobots is in its preliminary stages, the promise of such technology is endless.  Nanobots are going to revolutionize the medical industry in future.  Technology may rule us !
