The world faces an increasing an environmental pollution basically as a result of combustion of conventional energy
sources. India currently depends on conventional energy to supply power to her teaming population. Due to this, the energy
generated does not meet demand. Consequently, the power supply is erratic and areas isolated from the main cities lack power
supply. Therefore, the need to develop a non-conventional source of energy generation such as solar cannot be overemphasized.
A photovoltaic system that can increase energy output and/or supply power to isolated areas of the country is a good choice,
considering the abundance of solar radiated energy in India. In this work as PV system model is designed to work either as a
standalone PV system or as grid integrated and the payback period is calculated for the same. The developed model may be
useful in the prediction of PV cell behavior under different physical and environmental parameters. The result obtained showed
the maximum power output and the corresponding maximum voltage of solar module. Study results demonstrate that, under
complex irradiance conditions, the power generated by the new configuration is enhanced than that of the traditional
configuration. The solar PV system can be widely used in many consumer applications, such as PV vests for cell phones and
music players.
Experimental Analysis of Factors Affecting the Power Output of the PV Module IJECEIAES
Energy is the driving force in all the sectors as it acts like an index of standard of living or prosperity of the people of the country. However heavy dependence on fossil fuels leads to global warming, hence there is a need for the use of clean, sustainable, and eco friendly form of energy. Among the various types of non-conventional energy solar energy is the fundamental as it is abundant, pollution free and universally available.Even though the main input to the PV system is the solar radiation still there are other factors which affects the efficiency of the pv module. In this paper real time experiment has been conducted to analyze the effect of various factors like irradiance, temperature, and angle of tilt, soiling, shading on the power output of the pv module. Temperature is a negative factor which reduces the efficiency of the module and can be reduced by various cooling arrangements. Presence of dust particles and shading obstructs the incident solar radiations entering the panel and the effect is seen in the iv and pv curve .For better performance solar tracking at maximum power point is suggested to improve the power output of the pv module.

any state to stable itself as well as to promote itself. The most
reliable resources of electrical energy are Renewable
resources. In these renewable resources, Sun is the biggest
resource of energy. In active solar technique, electrical energy
is produced by the phenomenon of Photoelectric effect. The
Reliability and efficiency of solar power system can be
improved by making sure that we are using this system
properly. First of all, the main factor of solar power generation
is the efficiency of solar cell that is made of Crystalline
Silicon cell mostly. The efficiency of solar cell is not good yet,
but the capability of solar cell to produce power is excellent.
Secondly, there are many factors affecting the efficiency of
PV system during installation and maintenance. This paper
emphasizes on the efficiency of PV module affected by
direction, angle, irradiance, shade, load and temperature. This
paper describes the conceptual design of a smart battery health
monitoring system along with protection of battery from over
charging & over discharging using an embedded system. The
working mechanism of this system is based on the input
voltages to the embedded system from the battery which are
further processed using ADC to convert them into Digital
form which are then used to observe the state of battery’s
condition The deeply study of these factors is essential before
using this system and implementation of these results after
study, enhance the efficiency of this system.
