 Power Automate offers a variety of templates catering
to common scenarios like approval processes,
document signing, and data synchronization.
 These templates serve as starting points for users to

4. Flow Designer:
 The Flow Designer is a visual tool facilitating the
design of flows through the arrangement of actions
and conditions.
 Users can define triggers, incorporate actions (e.g.,
creating SharePoint items, sending emails), and
establish conditions to control workflow progression.

services are developed by Microsoft and can be easily
integrated into applications via HTTP REST interfaces or
SDKs.
