• Persaingan yang semakin ketat
menyebabkan perhatian dan orientasi pada
kepuasan pelanggan menjadi tujuan utama
setiap bisnis.
• Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan kunci
utama untuk meningkatkan dan
mempertahankan keuntungan jangka
panjang.
• Faktor kunci (kepuasan pelanggan) inilah
yang mampu melahirkan loyalitas pelanggan,
menumbuhkan citra positif perusahaan dan
mampu membentuk daya saing yang paling
efektif.
• Oleh karenanya diperlukan survei kepuasan
pelanggan terhadap produk atau jasa yang
disediakan perusahaan.
• Survei kepuasan pelanggan ini harus dilakukan
serta dikaji secara rutin, karena menyangkut
pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perusahaan.
• Melalui survei kepuasan pelanggan akan
diperoleh informasi aktual mengenai ekspektasi
atau harapan pelanggan dan persepsi pelanggan
terhadap produk atau jasa yang kita pasarkan.
• Informasi ini sangat dibutuhkan sebagai dasar
tindakan perbaikan atau perubahan untuk
mengeliminasi ketidaksesuaian yang telah
menimbulkan ketidakpuasan pelanggan.

• Terlebih di era digital pada Revolusi Industri 4.0
yang berlangsung saat ini, dimana telah terjadinya
perubahan perilaku pembelian konsumen, yang
kesemuanya berakhir pada pemikiran bagaimana
agar produk yang dihasilkan dapat terjual dengan
baik dan menghasilkan keuntungan bagi
perusahaan.
• Lagi pula, dengan adanya persaingan antar
perusahaan yang semakin ketat saat ini,
perusahaan tidak bisa terlepas dari pemanfaatan
kemajuan teknologi digital dan tidak juga bisa lepas
dari pertimbangan agar terjadinya nilai tambah atas
produk yang akan memberikan kepuasan bagi
konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan.
• Untuk itu sudah sepantasnya dipahami secara
mendalam oleh para pelaku usaha/bisnis dan
segenap karyawan, terutama para pengambil
keputusan yang mengemban tugas di bidang
marketing dan selling, atau pelayanan terhadap
pelanggan.
• Guna memberikan pemahaman secara
komprehensif dimaksud, cara terbaik adalah

• Pelatihan ini juga akan menyajikan kepada
para peserta materi-materi training yang
komprehensif tentang teknik survei
kepuasan pelanggan berikut kajian dan
analisis statistiknya, agar perusahaan
memiliki informasi yang akurat dalam
pengambilan langkah-langkah/tindakan
perbaikan atau perubahan strategis untuk
mengeliminasi hal-hal yang dapat
menimbulkan ketidakpuasan pelanggan.

MAKSUD & TUJUAN PELATIHAN
Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan para peserta akan:
1. Memahami tentang berbagai faktor yang menjadi
penyebab tidak terpenuhinya harapan pelanggan.
2. Memiliki kemampuan tentang berbagai aspek,
teknik dan metodologi survei untuk mengenali
kepuasan para pelanggan (customer satisfaction).
3. Mampu memahami mengenai kajian
permasalahan dan analisis statistik yang berkaitan
dengan pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan
terhadap produk atau jasa perusahaan.
4. Mampu memanfaatkan tools analisis secara
statistik dari data survei dan mampu menerapkan
metode/teknik penyusunan Laporan Hasil Survei
secara menarik dan sistematis.
