DESKRIPSI PELATIHAN (Durasi: 2 hari)
• Pelayanan Prima (Service Excellence) merupakan
salah satu bentuk keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan
dalam upaya mempertahankan pelanggan agar tetap
loyal terhadap produk perusahaan.
• Dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan bisnis saat ini
membuat para pelaku bisnis berupaya keras untuk
dapat menyuguhkan produk berkualitas dan bernilai
tinggi, yang dapat memenuhi keinginan dan
kebutuhan konsumen, serta selalu memberikan
pelayanan terbaik terhadap pelanggannya.
• Kesemuanya ditujukan untuk terjadinya interaksi dan
jalinan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, yang pada
akhirnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan.
• Interaksi dan jalinan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan
ini dapat tercipta dengan adanya pelayanan dengan
hati yang tulus, confidence, mengedepankan positive
attitude dan kecerdasan emosional, sehingga dapat
memberikan kepuasan dan terciptanya loyalitas bagi
pelanggan (Customer Loyalty).
• Disadari bahwa loyalitas pelanggan adalah tambang
emas jangka panjang bagi perusahaan. Hal ini
dibuktikan dengan perhitungan hasil statistik yang
menunjukkan bahwa 80% keuntungan bisnis berasal
