2. Favorite class assignments
Journal entry 23- In this assignment we had a discussion with our inner selves. This taught me
not to be a victim all the time.
How the brain learns- This was a discussion post. I enjoyed this assignment because I learned a
lot of information about my brain that I had no clue about before.
Metacognition worksheet- This helped me better understand the meaning of metacognition, and
the different stages of thinking.
3. Favorite Journals
Journal 11- In this journal we wrote about our goal, and visualized it. This made me more excited
than I was before to complete school and fulfill my dream of becoming a teacher.
Journal 17- In this journal, we wrote about who supported us during our time in school, and
during our struggles that may happen while trying to complete school. It made me realize how
lucky I am to have such a great support system. Not all people have the support that I do.
Journal 23- In this journal we had an inner conversation with ourselves. This helped me realize to
not be the victim, and that I am capable of getting through school.
4. Module 2
Module 2 was my favorite because its where we learned about metacognition, and for some
reason I found that very interesting, because I learned a lot that I did not know before. This
module also had a couple of my favorite journals in it. This was also in the beginning of the
semester when I was very excited to start school, and not as tired as I am now. I feel like I put
more into this module than the others.
5. 3 Lessons to carry on into next semesters
Journal 11- Visualizing my accomplishments. I will remember what it felt like the first day of
teaching while I was writing this journal
Metacognition- This lesson taught me a lot about the different types of learning and ways I can
improve mine.
How the brain learns- I learned all of the different ways to help my brain grasp information better
for my other college classes.

7. This is what my life will look like if I accomplish my goals and dreams. I will
have my teaching degree, and a classroom full of students. I will be
teaching high school level, and be very happy!
