1. I am a strong willed, self motivated, hard working women

2. 1. Stress: It seemed as if this assignment was giving to me at the exact time I was
needing to learn how to cope with stress. I learned some great strategies to use to
help relieve some stress. I will forever carry the strategies and skills with me
throughout my life.
2. Letter to the next class: It really opened my eyes to how I have grown throughout
this class. I believe I was able to explain this class a lot better because I used the
techniques I was taught. I loved it because I was able to cheer someone else on.
3. How to get the most out of studying: Man, the whole time before this class I
thought I had the studying thing down, but little did I know, I was doing it all
wrong. I learned that cramming isn’t learning, multitasking is not a successful
way to learn and make sure you set enough time aside to where you don’t feel
rushed.

3. 1. Chapter 1: Self Assessment: It showed where my mindset was when I first began
this class. Looking back, it has shown how much I have grown as a person. Now I
have individualized things I can work on to become a better person and student.
2. Chapter 3: It really gave me a confidence boost when I had to visualize the
accomplishments of one of my most important goals or dreams. It helped me realize
my self worth.
3. Chapter 5: Creation of a support team: It taught me that I do have a support team
behind me even when I don’t thing I do. It showed me how my support team helps
me. It opened my eyes to realizing I am my own support team as well. I must
believe in myself!

4. I think my favorite module would have to be Module 2: The
Late Paper Case Study. For me, this really set the tome of
this course. Taking personal responsibility for my work is
the most important thing, in order to pass. I had to realize
that just because I have a crazy life at home with work,
kids, laundry cleaning(and the list goes on), that it isn’t an
excuse to not work hard and get my work finished.

5. 1. I have to work hard to achieve your goals in life.
2. I have to accept personal responsibility and realize that
no one is going to do my tasks for me(whatever it may
be).
3. I have to keep my head held high and stay motivated to
accomplish my goals.

Although my “Accepting personal responsibility” didn’t go up much from the
beginning of the course, at least it went up some. I have always thought I was
pretty good at accepting personal responsibility, so the fact that I improved
throughout this course is wonderful. As long as I continue to think through
every situation and not over react, I think I will continue to improve.
