quicker turnaround times, allowing different approvers
to review simultaneously when necessary.

How to set the Approval Flow
First, open the record for which we want to add the approval.
Then, click on the "Toggle Studio" button located at the top
right corner.

Click on the "Confirm" button. This will load the properties
section, where we can enable the option for approval rules.

Here, we can select the approver based on group and also
specify the responsible person. If we want to notify the user, we
can add their name in the "User to notify" field and add a
description. Additionally, we can set the notification order.

We can add multiple approvers by clicking on "Add an approval
rule" and assigning another approver as well.

After adding all the approvers, we will see two user icons
displayed inside the Confirm button. This indicates that the
respective approvers can now approve the order.

After all the approvals are completed, the order will be
confirmed, and the state will be changed accordingly. We can
also see the details of the approval process inside the chatter.
