1. ABOUT ME
 My name is Jacob Claytor
 My major is computer programming
 I am funny, joyful, positive man!!

2. Favorite Assignments
 My first favorite assignment was the Community Service project. I loved
spending time with my friends and coaches. I loved giving back to my
coaches. I also loved giving back to my community.
 My second favorite assignment was the scavenger hunt at the beginning
of the year. I had no idea my way around the Grayson website. It helped
me find my way around places I didn't know existed.
 My third favorite assignment was the financial aid quiz. I thought I knew a
lot about financial aid, but I actually didn’t. I thought my teachers last year
had given me everything I needed to know about it, but those videos
showed me a lot more.

3. Favorite Journals
 My first favorite journal was the inner critic and inner defender
conversation. I loved how with every point my inner critic made, I could
help myself by talking with my inner defender. It has helped me
tremendously in making decisions lately.
 My second favorite journal was the inner guide questions. It helped me
handle a situation with my friends that I had no clue to how to handle. I
actually used this to determine if I was going to drop one of my classes.
 My third favorite journal was the first journal. I loved doing the self-
assessment of myself and what my strengths and weaknesses were. It
showed me that I was very self confident and very good with personal
responsibility.

4. Favorite Module
 My favorite module was Module 4: Cognition Principles. It showed me the
four principles for achieving deep processing, which has helped me on
many tests the past few weeks. I also found out that I was using some of
the principles and I didn't even know it. I would make personal experiences
relatable to the things I was studying, and it actually was one the principles
that Professor Chew talked about.

5. Lessons that will carry on.
 The three lessons that will carry on are Module 2, Module 3, and Module 6.
These modules were all the videos that included Professor Chew, who was
a very great teacher of effective studying habits. I felt like these studying
habits and studying nots are going to carry on in my work this next
semester. Metacognition has helped me understand my way of thinking
and has helped me study for tests this whole semester. Professor Chew did
a great job of going out of his way to delete the bad studying habits that
we had in high school.

 I felt like my personal responsibility grew because of all the new things I learned. I learned to use my inner critic, defender, and guide to make good decisions. I also have learned a lot
from the learning videos to create good study habits that include making time for studying.
