The school year can be hard on anyone. Academic stress can build upon self-esteem issues, your family, friends and even yourself. When not taken care of, your performance suffers, your morale suffers, and life just suffers. Instead of being on the brink of a constant freak out, grab life by the horns and get to relaxing. It may be easier than you think.

3. Favorite Assignment
1. Community service:
I have always enjoyed doing community service but recently I could not find time to do it. This
assignment motivated me to push other things aside to make time. This also reminded me how good it
feels to help out and encouraged me to do it more often.
2. DAPPS Goal:
This assignment is one of the most useful things I tried. It helped me be specific about my goal. It also
made me realize if my goal was achievable and gave me a date to accomplish it by. DAAPS will make
sure I have planned out my goal and steps towards achievements as efficient as possible.
3. Videos Over How To Study:
I really liked these assignments because it was one of the things that I was able to use in all of my
classes and I will be able to use it in the future. This helped me study for all of my test and quizzes and
was very efficient. It taught me how to manage my time, take notes, and how to study using deep
processing which leads to long term memory.
4. Favorite Journal
1. Journal 11:
I really liked how I was able to visualize myself as a nurse and set my goal. When I visualized my goal I
was motived to follow my dream even more than I was before. Furthermore, it helped me keep my
goal fresh on my mind.
2. Journal 13:
I enjoyed planning the order of events I was going to do because they were organized by priorities
first. The quadrants helped me get organized and use my time efficiently and effectively. This also
helped me see how my time management was off track but gladly I was able to fix it using this chart.
3. Journal 29:
I liked how I was able to express my feelings and write it down. By writing it down I also felt how I
affected my emotions. Before I did not know how much I affect my emotions, whenever in angry I
could just think happy thought or write it down to relief the anger.
5. Favorite Week
o Week 15:
I enjoyed this week because I was able to see my improvement from the beginning of
the semester to now. I feel that I have come a long way and I hope to continue to
improve. Furthermore, if I ever take the assessment again I would hope to improve
my score even more than I did this semester.
6. Three Lessons
1. Studying Skills:
I will be able to use this skill for all of the classes I take especially the hard ones.
2. Stress Knowledge:
With everything I have learned about stress I will be able to reduce or atleast

3. Time Management Skills:
I will be able to manage my time efficiently and this will also allow my to have time
to study.
