1. Ingredients-
 1 bowl gram flour
 1 teaspoon citric acid
 ½ teaspoon baking powder
 ½ teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
 1 ½ teaspoon sugar
 Pinch of yellow color
 1 teaspoon salt

2.  Gram flour : It is the main base of the batter. Good
source of protein.
 Citric Acid : It gives a slightly acidic taste and also
helps in leavening process.
 Baking powder and sodium bicarbonate : Chemical
leavening agent. It increases load of volume of
dhokla. Gives porosity to dhokla.
 Sugar and salt : For taste.

4. Step- 1 : Take an empty vessel & tablespoon.

5. Step-2 : Take 1 bowl of gram flour

6. Step-3 : Add citric acid

7. Step-4 : Add baking powder

8. Step-5 : Add sodium bicarbonate

9. Step- 6 : Add colour

10. Step-7 : Add salt

11. Step- 8 : Add sugar

12. Step-9 : Mix it well by spoon

13. Step-10 : Mix it well in mixer

14. Step-11 : Take whole mixture in vessel

15. Step-12 : Fill it into polythene bag

16. Step-13 Seal it air tightly

17. Now your instant mix dhokla is ready
