An LED is a device that emits light when electrically biased. Similar to any electronic component, LEDs also have electrical parameters that need to be taken into consideration when designed into a system.
This Presentation most beneficial for Engineering student and mostly for electronics. In this PPT discuss about the led and also how does it work , use and also discuss about construction of LED,color material, cost , application and many more
OLED - Organic Light Emitting Diode
Today's most rapidly growing technology in World
All display technology now change to OLED
Less Power consumption
Cost Effective
Flexible
Environment Friendly
hey guyz this is the presentation iv made in my last year of engineering and got very nice feedbacks. my topic was oled(organic light emitting diodes).. iv given all its highlited informations with pictures
LED light is said to be a safer, healthier light. LEDs do NOT produce any sort of ultraviolet radiation which causes fabric fading, color fading in Art, carpeting and other soft goods.

led – the future of lighting
We know the whole spectrum
“LED’s greatest advantage is also its greatest challenge. Balancing efficiency with ergonomics. Combining good economy and lighting comfort. And we’re there now.”
Leif Norrby, Product Development Director, Fagerhult
Our vision is to save energy for our future generations, while we continue protecting our environment. While you choose USA LED, we assure you, you will never miss out any moment of splendid lights and aura and instead will be able to reduce the value of what you enjoy.
The working principle of HID lamp and LED are different, the light spectrums of them are different, both of them have advantages and disadvantages, let's check of them deeper and understanding better.

DevOps and Testing slides at DASA ConnectKari Kakkonen
My and Rik Marselis slides at 30.5.2024 DASA Connect conference. We discuss about what is testing, then what is agile testing and finally what is Testing in DevOps. Finally we had lovely workshop with the participants trying to find out different ways to think about quality and testing in different parts of the DevOps infinity loop.
Kubernetes & AI - Beauty and the Beast !?! @KCD Istanbul 2024Tobias Schneck
As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.
LF Energy Webinar: Electrical Grid Modelling and Simulation Through PowSyBl -...DanBrown980551
Do you want to learn how to model and simulate an electrical network from scratch in under an hour?
Then welcome to this PowSyBl workshop, hosted by Rte, the French Transmission System Operator (TSO)!
During the webinar, you will discover the PowSyBl ecosystem as well as handle and study an electrical network through an interactive Python notebook.
PowSyBl is an open source project hosted by LF Energy, which offers a comprehensive set of features for electrical grid modelling and simulation. Among other advanced features, PowSyBl provides:
- A fully editable and extendable library for grid component modelling;
- Visualization tools to display your network;
- Grid simulation tools, such as power flows, security analyses (with or without remedial actions) and sensitivity analyses;
The framework is mostly written in Java, with a Python binding so that Python developers can access PowSyBl functionalities as well.
What you will learn during the webinar:
- For beginners: discover PowSyBl's functionalities through a quick general presentation and the notebook, without needing any expert coding skills;
- For advanced developers: master the skills to efficiently apply PowSyBl functionalities to your real-world scenarios.

The IoT and OT threat landscape report has been prepared by the Threat Research Team at Sectrio using data from Sectrio, cyber threat intelligence farming facilities spread across over 85 cities around the world. In addition, Sectrio also runs AI-based advanced threat and payload engagement facilities that serve as sinks to attract and engage sophisticated threat actors, and newer malware including new variants and latent threats that are at an earlier stage of development.
The latest edition of the OT/ICS and IoT security Threat Landscape Report 2024 also covers:
State of global ICS asset and network exposure
Sectoral targets and attacks as well as the cost of ransom
Global APT activity, AI usage, actor and tactic profiles, and implications
Rise in volumes of AI-powered cyberattacks
Major cyber events in 2024
Malware and malicious payload trends
Cyberattack types and targets

Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.

Generating a custom Ruby SDK for your web service or Rails API using Smithyg2nightmarescribd
Have you ever wanted a Ruby client API to communicate with your web service? Smithy is a protocol-agnostic language for defining services and SDKs. Smithy Ruby is an implementation of Smithy that generates a Ruby SDK using a Smithy model. In this talk, we will explore Smithy and Smithy Ruby to learn how to generate custom feature-rich SDKs that can communicate with any web service, such as a Rails JSON API.

White led
1.
2. Introduction
Working of LED
How is white LED
light made with LED
White LED structure
Application
Advantages
Disadvantages
Conclusion
3. Light emitting diode known as LED in the electronic
industry are poised to replace all conventional light
sources .The LED is simply a semiconductor diode that
emits light when an electric current is passed through
it.
It is fourth and latest generation of light sources.
The white LED lamp is equivalent to 60watt
incondescent bulb in size and brightness but lasts 25
times longer and runs on less than 10watts.
4. The LED is a semiconductor diode that emits
light when current passes through it.
The n-side is heavily doped.
When forward biased the built-in potential at
the junction is reduced
The e- from n-side get injected into p-side
The e- combine with the holes resulting in
emission of photons I,e light
This effect is called electroluminescence.
5. Now a time there are two ways of making white LED
1.MIXED COLOUR LIGHT
When red ,blue and green LED located adjacent to one
another and the amount of their out put mixed
properly the resultant light is white.
2.USING BLUE LED WITH PHOSPHOR COATING
When we incorporate the phosphor in the body of a
blue led with a peak wavelength around 450to470
nanometers some of the blue light will become yellow
and some will mix with that yellow light will become
white.
8. Street and outdoor lighting
Freezer case lighting
Landscape ,market
,decoration , lawn ,home ,
public places lighting etc.
Back light in cell phones,
computer , electronics etc.
Special lighting and military
use
It is also applied in toys ,
gifts , flash light etc.
9. Small in size
Longer life time compare to other
electric source
Do not contain toxic materials such as
mercury
Radiated very little heat
Good stability
10. White LED prices are higher than that of
incandescent bulb
Temperature dependent
Cause more light pollution than other
light sources
Under cool white LED illumination the
colour of the objects is perceived
differently
11. Given the remarkable technological
innovation of past few year and it is
expected that the marketing expectation
and the public requirement will increase and
the cost of the white LED will decrease . In the
other hand the range of uses of LED will
increase within the context of saving energy
and the need for thinner designs .
