This document outlines the minimum requirements for research proposals and completed research reports for basic research and action research. For basic research proposals, it must include an introduction and rationale, literature review, research questions, scope and limitations, research methodology, timetable, cost estimates, and dissemination plans. For action research proposals, it requires context and rationale, research questions, proposed innovation, research methods, work plan and timelines, and dissemination plans. Completed reports for both require sections on title, abstract, acknowledgements, introduction, methodology, results, recommendations, references, and financial reports.
