This document describes an intelligent traffic control system for ambulances that uses an Android application and server to control traffic lights. When an ambulance needs to travel through an intersection, its driver uses the app to send the ambulance's location and desired direction of travel to the server. The server then identifies the nearest traffic light and controls it to turn green in the direction of the ambulance until it passes, then returns the light to normal operation. This is intended to help ambulances quickly reach their destinations during emergencies by clearing traffic through green lights along their route to save critical time. The system aims to help more emergency patients survive by reducing ambulance travel delays from traffic congestion.

signal poles and green light will be issued for the ambulance. This project belongs to HealthCare domain. The
Technologies used to develop this project are IoT, Android, MQTT, Java Web and the Hardware required to
build this project are Node MCU (2), RFID Scanner, RFID Card, LED Lights, Android mobile.

This negligence led to an increase in the mortality rate, especially where the highest percentage of deaths occurred during the first hour after the accident. This highest Mortality can be avoided by providing proper health care after the arrival of the patient to the hospital, the proposed system reduces the rescue time after the arrival of a patient to the hospital, and it requires each hospital to be endowed with a reception model responsible for detecting and reporting accident situations to the emergency service. It was be found that there is an urgent need for a web-based hospital management system with a mobile web service to respond immediately to incidents in the event of an accident. This system utilizes the android phone application to connect to the server for transferring the specified data to the hospital and it can be used for comprehensive accident analysis and management. In this paper, a combination of Android phone application, database, and visual studio 2012 was used to develop the system.

Embedding Intelligent System on Ambulance and Traffic Monitoringijtsrd
Ambulance service is one of the crucial services that should not get delay. To overcome this situation this paper describes a solution that “ embedding Intelligent system on Ambulance and Traffic monitoring †which includes alerting and tracking mechanism with traffic light regulating such that the ambulance can achieve a free way as fast as possible. An algorithm is used to control the traffic signals automatically based on the key pressed by the driver from keyboard in the ambulance. The information reading the current as well as future location of ambulance is sent from the ambulance itself. This information is used to optimally control the traffic. The performance of the embedding intelligent system on Ambulance and Traffic monitoring is compared with the Fixed Mode Traffic Light Controller. It is observed that the proposed model is more efficient than the conventional controller in respect of less waiting time, more distance traveled by average vehicles and efficient operation during emergency mode and GSM interface. Such a large number of patients in India lose their lives because the ambulance does not arrive on time or delay in the treatment. Also, in view of the increasing technology and other factors, it is necessary to be aware of such technologies to reduce this problem. A survey conducted in St Petersburg found that the rest of the countries are aware of the technology to find out where the ambulance is and alert the patient to get the crisis vehicle at the ideal time. For this, algorithms like weighted graphs, Dijkstra's algorithm, ant colony algorithm, dynamic shortest path have been used in that system. These algorithms are reduced the traveling time by 20%. Therefore, the chances of patient saving increased. In this system only 2 smartphones will have for conversation between patient and ambulance and it is fully automated. As we have found in India, if there is a accident at any spot, we are called complementary number or crisis number. After informing where the accident took place on that call, the ambulance is then dispatched from the control room at that particular place, and then the control room gives the details of the nearest hospital and then informs to the hospital. With this proposed system, the ambulance can be transported without delay from the accident site to the hospital we can easily find the shortest route between the accident site and the hospital reduce wasting time. The user no longer need to call and check the availability of the ambulance. So basically this system uses IoT, GPS and GSM, Dijkstra's algorithm. It uses IoT principle using rest API to check traffic, as well as IoT for traffic signal checking. The RF transmitter is installed in the ambulance and the RF receiver is installed in the traffic light. This changes the signal for a short time to get to the ambulance. In addition, the ambulance finding route is helps by the dijkstra's algorithm to find the shortest path. In this, the android app understands the location of the patient or the crash site, then the system checks which ambulance is within 5 kilometers and sends an alert or request to one of the ambulances and then after accepting the request, the driver understands the location of the crash site.

Vehicle administration systems are one of the major highlights especially in urban areas. One important critical component that requires attention are signal preemption systems. Every single work on traffic congestion identification either requires prior learning or long time to distinguish and perceive the closeness of congestion. FutureSight performs predictive analysis and control of traffic signals through the application of machine learning to aide ambulances in such a way that, a signal turns green beforehand so as to ensure an obstacle free path to the ambulance from source to destination based on various parameters such as traffic density, congestion length, previous wait times, arrival time thereby eliminating the need for human intervention. The method allows flexible interface to the driver to enter the hospital details to reach the destination with in time. The app then plans out the fastest route from the pickup spot to the selected hospital and sends this route to the system. The system then predict the amount of time that is required by the signal to remain green so as to clear all traffic at that specific junction before the ambulance arrives at that location.

Over the last few decades, the usage of public transportation is attracted by most of the people. The increase in passenger count has made ticket ending and vehicular monitoring a complex task. In addition to this, frequent accidents occur due to overload of passengers and these accidents are not cognizant to the rescuers. Therefore advancement in technology could be instigated to overcome these issues. This system is an advanced approach to the existing system of ticketing through RFID cards. The fingerprint based smart pay and accident alert is the proposed system wherein ticketing is automated and the travelling cost is debited from the concerned bank or the suggested system where the user holds an account. To avoid illegal entry, the passenger count is monitored with the effective utilization of IR sensor. The ignition of the vehicle is stopped whenever the passenger count exceeds the maximum value. The accident alert system finds its application in the proposed methodology with the support of GPS and GSM. Whenever an accident occurs, the location of the vehicle will be sent as a message with a link provided to the emergency vehicles, control room and a private message will be sent to the trusted contact of each of the passengers. Thereby many fellow lives could be saved. This system would also be an excellent replacement to the traditional ticketing system.

This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
