This document proposes an advanced safety system for vehicles that monitors four key parameters: seat belt use, vehicle speed, alcohol consumption, and accident detection. Sensors would monitor these factors and send alerts to a family member's phone if thresholds are exceeded via an Android application. The system is intended to reduce accidents by promoting safer driving behaviors like wearing a seat belt and to provide emergency notification in the event of a crash. It would use sensors like an IR sensor to detect seat belt use, a hall-effect sensor to monitor speed, an alcohol sensor to check for drunk driving, and a vibration sensor to identify accidents. If fully implemented, this safety system could decrease accident rates by discouraging risky driving habits and facilitating faster emergency response times.
