This document describes an IoT-based smart ambulance monitoring system with traffic light control. The system uses an Arduino UNO, GPS Neo 6M module, and SIM 300A GSM module to send the ambulance's real-time location via text message to the traffic control room and hospital. This allows the traffic control room to clear routes for the ambulance by controlling traffic lights on its path. The goal is to help ambulances reach the hospital faster in emergency situations to save more lives.

This system is designed to be implemented in places nearing the junctions. This research is based on the effective use of Internet of Things IoT . This system will display the traffic conditions in the website and the traffic light can be controlled from this website. This system has been implemented by using esp8266, ultrasonic sensor and arduino. Esp8266 nodemcu which is IoT device is used to transmit the traffic information to the website which is connected with this device. Ultrasonic sensors are placed on each road to sense the presence and absence of vehicles. Traffic information is received from these sensors. Traffic light prototype is built by using an arduino UNO. This traffic light can be controlled from the website. The system will display the traffic states in the website that can guide the drivers to select the right way and avoid traffic congestions. In Medical field, many devices to introduce a drastic change for monitoring the body measures like blood pressure, heart beat rate, diagnosis of heart attack symptoms and much more automatically with interdisciplinary nature. Health care system is becoming more valuable for these days. In this proposed system the IV fluid monitoring system automatically sends a message to the nurse through GSM technology. Our project is aimed to automatically turn off the flow of a liquid from the IV bag by using the solenoid valve. The pulse rate and the blood pressure of the patient is continuously monitored and displayed on the liquid crystal display (LCD). This technology reduces the work of the nurse instead of keep on watching of an IV Fluid system. One of the greatest advantages of our project is the ease interface with users which functionally can be managed by means of mobile application.

This tracking system can inform you the location and route travelled by vehicle, and that information can be observed from any other remote location. It also includes the web application that provides you exact location of target and the exact speed the vehicle is moving which is used to generate bills for over speeding automatically. This system enables us to track target in any weather conditions. This system uses GPS and Zigbee technologies. This system is based on sensors and microcontroller. The features are to detect the obstacle for collision avoidance and it detects the object in directions left, right, down and front. The system is composed of the ultrasonic sensor, IR sensor and Arduino Mega 2560. It has a low cost and lightweight system design.
