Intelligent ambulance with automatic traffic control new

In Medical field, many devices to introduce a drastic change for monitoring the body measures like blood pressure, heart beat rate, diagnosis of heart attack symptoms and much more automatically with interdisciplinary nature. Health care system is becoming more valuable for these days. In this proposed system the IV fluid monitoring system automatically sends a message to the nurse through GSM technology. Our project is aimed to automatically turn off the flow of a liquid from the IV bag by using the solenoid valve. The pulse rate and the blood pressure of the patient is continuously monitored and displayed on the liquid crystal display (LCD). This technology reduces the work of the nurse instead of keep on watching of an IV Fluid system. One of the greatest advantages of our project is the ease interface with users which functionally can be managed by means of mobile application.

The Internet if Things(IoT) is regarded as atechnology and economic wave in the global information industry after the Internet. The IoT is an intelligent network which connects all things to the Internet for the purpose of exchanging information and communicating through the information sensing devices in accordance with agreed protocols. It achieves the goal of intelligent identifying, locating, tracking, monitoring, and managingthings . It is an extension and expansion of Internet-based network, which expands the communication from human and human to human andthings or things and things. In the IoT paradigm, many objectssurrounding us will be connected into networks in one form oranother. TheIOT concept, hence, aims at making the Internet even more immersive and pervasive. IOT will foster the development of a number of applications that make useof the potentially enormous amount and variety of data generated by suchObjects to provide new services to citizens, companies, and public administrations. Here we are designing “INTELLIGENT HIGHWAY” by deploying wireless sensor network. Wireless sensor networks are adhoc networks which consistof large number of tiny sensor nodes with limited resource and one or more base stations, sensor nodes consist of processing unit with limited computational power and limited capacity. We are integrating this wireless sensor networks into the internet as a part of IOT so that anyone can access the Situations about the highway anywhere in the world.

In highly populated countries, people lose their lives because of accidents and poor emergency facilities every day. These lives could have been saved if medical facilities are provided at the right time. This thesis implies a system which is a solution to this drawback, when a vehicle meets with an accident immediately, accelerometer module detects the signal, and it is sent to the Arduino microcontroller programmed by C programming language. Arduino sends an alert message through the GSM module including the location to the police station or a rescue team. So the police can immediately trace the location through the GPS modem after receiving the information. LCD is used to display location message from GPS module. The system is simulated and practically designed by the use of required hardware components and the results are satisfied with the expectation. Implementing Intelligent Traffic Control System for Congestion Control, Ambulance Clearance, and Stolen Vehicle Detection This paper presents an intelligent traffic control system to pass emergency vehicles smoothly. Each individual vehicle is equipped with special radio frequency identification (RFID) tag (placed at a strategic location), which makes it impossible to remove or destroy. We use RFID reader, NSK EDK-125–TTL, and PIC16F877A system-on-chip to read the RFID tags attached to the vehicle. It counts number of vehicles that passes on a particular path during a specified duration. It also determines the network congestion, and hence the green light duration for that path. If the RFID-tag-read belongs to the stolen vehicle, then a message is sent using GSM SIM300 to the police control room. In addition, when an ambulance is approaching the junction, it will communicate to the traffic controller in the junction to turn ON the green light. This module uses ZigBee modules on CC2500 and PIC16F877A system-on-chip for wireless communications between the ambulance and traffic controller. The important aspect of our project revolves around the concept of monitoring the machines utilized in the textile industry. It is aimed at continuously examining the components and machineries in the industry. This project have the ability to establish communication link between various machineries in industries and the controlling system. It also helps in sequential power ON and power OFF of the machineries depending on the outputs received from the controlling unit. The project enables automatic manipulation of the machineries. The controlling system monitors various parameters of the machineries and evaluates its performance and updates the required changes. The machineries will be linked via RF transmitter and receiver. This enables communication link between the controlling device and the connected recipient devices. For maintenance purposes both automatic and manual methods of manipulation are provided. Either of them can be chosen depending upon the purpose. When automatic mode is turned on the machines can be controlled only by the server.

A Smart Safety Gadget for Avoiding Accidents in Warehouse Environment

Warehouses are one of the most dangerous places to work because of sudden accidents caused by machinery. Such accidents can be prevented by stopping the machinery or alerting the operator immediately when it is in close proximity of a worker. Therefore, in this paper a gadget has been designed and a complete solution has been proposed for avoiding this problem to greater extent. The designed gadget consists of an ultra wide band (UWB) radio module for measuring distance between worker and machinery, a Cortex-M3 based STM32F105 micro-controller for ranging, and a long range AM radio module interfaced with Atmega328p for alerting fellow workers about the potential accident. In case of an emergency (e.g. a vehicle approaching), worker can pull an emergency string in the gadget that in turn will stop the machinery within a predefined range. A reliable, accurate ranging and alert mechanism has been successfully implemented which is based on well-known RF Time-of-Flight (TOF) method with ±0.3m maximum error.

Robotic Vehicle with Hand Motion Control Using a RF Module

This paper focuses on the materials, working principle of a robotic vehicle which will be controlled with hand motion. The aim of this research is to enhance industrialization by creating a hand motion controlled robotic vehicle, since it uses hand motion it will be easier to use in automation and various industries. It is also very beneficial for people with disabilities since only hand motion is required. There were various materials that were used in the research. 2 microcontrollers, an accelerometer, RF modules, encoder, decoder, diode, motor driver IC, DC motor and batteries. The microcontrollers are small computers which can be programmed to be utilized in various different ways. The Accelerometer is a PCB or a sensor which detects speed. The RF modules are of two types which are transmitters and receivers and they are components which are used to send data and information wirelessly. The encoder and decoder are used to convert the binary to any n number of output terminals. The diode is used to send the electricity in one direction. The motor driver IC controls the DC motor from the information given by the microcontroller ICs and lastly a 9v Battery will be used to power the system. The arduino software will be used to program the IC so it can perform the required task. The gadget features a receiver circuit that is intended to be worn on top of the user's glove. The vehicle's circuit incorporates an RF receiver, an 8051 CPU, and a Driver IC to power the motors. This method is extremely useful for persons with impairments since it allows a robotic vehicle to drive itself using hand gestures. The person only needs to move his hand to move the car forward, backward, left, or right. As a result, the user is not required to push any buttons.
