The document provides an evaluation of a production process for a horror game magazine spreadsheet about zombies. It summarizes the research, planning, time management, technical qualities, aesthetic qualities, audience appeal, and peer feedback stages. For the planning stage, it notes the strengths of using a zombie image but also that the actual layout differed from the original plan. For time management, it mentions losing time changing the double page spread from the original idea. And for peer feedback, the comments focused on liking the color scheme but suggesting adding more writing and images.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

3. Research
• I searched up games linked with zombies and killing games such as The
Walking dead. This helped as I am making a horror game about zombies
and also the colours helped me choose what type colours I would use. As
well as that, the use of buzzwords and subheadings helped me add this to
my magazine and also add in exclusives which will help sell the game if it is
exclusive as it is only going for a certain amount of time before they stop
selling.
4. Planning
• The strengths was one that the way there was a dead zombie behind the
main picture which indicated that it was dead and came back alive to
haunt someone. Also, I didn’t actually use the same Image and layout as I
changed it up and ended up using different pictures and the colours were
also different to what I planned on having. The layout was great but
because I found a different background picture so I changed the layout of
what the spreadsheet would look like. One weakness was that I didn’t use
the front cover I originally wanted and it was completely different also, on
the double page spread I used the same pictures but they were moved
about and it ended up being different to my original idea.
5. Time Management
• I lost a bit of time because I ended up changing what I wanted to do for
my double page spread as it ended up being completely different from my
original idea. Also, when I did my final spreadsheet on photoshop it was a
bit harder trying to place everything correctly in right place as I am still not
completely confident with photoshop and sometimes have troubles with
it. If I had more time I would add more detail and writing to the double
page spread so it will be more detailed to gain a higher mark.
6. Technical Qualities
Similarities:
-They both have pictures related to
horror.
-Both spreadsheets use dark
horror feel colours to create a
spooky sense.
-They both have pictures of
zombies and characters which are
in the game.
Differences:
-My spreadsheet is less detailed
compared to Brand new in Box which
has much more detail in it.
-Also, The Brand New In Box
spreadsheet has a little article about
the writer which my spreadsheet
doesn’t have.
-The colours are also different as mine
is more dark whereas the other article
is more bright and in your face.
7. Aesthetic Qualities
I think my work looks very good
because the background with the
zombie gives a horror feel and
visual scene of what the game will
be like. The colours stand out and
is easy to see which helps grab
peoples attention and also the
black background helps make the
writing and picture stand out and
easily seen as they are the main
points of the spreadsheet.
I would improve my work by
adding more writing and detail as
there isn’t a lot of writing
compared to other horror
spreadsheets I researched.
8. Audience Appeal
I have made my spreadsheet appeal to my target audience as it is about horror
zombies which will appeal to my audience as they like horror and games
which are to do with zombies and killing games which my game is about. Also,
the colours are dark and some bright to attract the reader so it gives a horror
feel which will attract them to buy the game and read the spreadsheet.

13. Peer Feedback Summary
• What do you agree with from your peer
feedback? I agree that the colour scheme and
font goes well with what the genre(Horror) of
the spreadsheet is.
• What do you disagree with from your peer
feedback? I think I added enough images and I
didn’t need anymore as there would have
been to many.
14. Peer Feedback Summary
I agree that the font could have been much better so the writing
would be easier to read . Also, I agree that the main image stands out
and creates a scene of what my game would be about.
