I want to try make a story about someone who goes to a different world, and has to survive
basically, killing various enemiesand bosses.
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
I will try to aim for around anyone over the age of 12, I will try to make it appeal to people of
either gender rather than sticking to one specific gender, for social status I will try to appeal
to everyone and for psychographic appeal to Belongers who would want to buy it because
it may be trendy or popular.
Research and Planning:
What elements of your research and planning will you use in your final production?
Try to take in ideas from similar video games I have played (Metroid-vania platformers), and try to
use some of the same ideas from my experimenting.
Where will you use your research and planning in your final production?
Mostly with the ideas and style I decide to use.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? I will try to not include anything that could be
offensive.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? Its difficult gameplay might be too much for
younger people to handle.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will try to not include any social groups or
religions, and if I do try to show them in a positive strong light.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? I will try to make everything in the
animation as original as I can.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? My product will be similar to other games within its genre, however I will try to add
my own ideas into it to make it stand out on its own.
