What is it called? This can change if you think of something better later
Audience: my audience is for male teenagerswho enjoy gruesome horror films. As well as
that, people who enjoy twists and unpredictable scenes for horror films will also enjoy this
movie trailer. Male teens that are 18-25 willl enjoy this as these movies are the kind which
are coming out more often and the interesting parts will be the scenes that are in reverse
and tell the story backwards which will engage the viewer and make it more unique
compared to normal horror films.

Rationale (approx. 100 words) I have learned a lot of new techniques this year and how to
make a better horror trailer than what I first thought I would be making. I learned different
techniques and software to use which helped me make scenes in unique ways with
different styles to fit with my horror theme. I have learned waysto cut up shots and use the
footage I have as I didn’t have a lot of different footage as it was mostly similar but I used it
effectively by cutting up shots and using it in different parts of the trailer to match with the
beat and background track.

Project Concept (approx. 200 words) The concept of my project is to scare people
effectively as it is a horror but instead of your typical horror film I want to make it unique by
adding the concept of time with the reversed shots telling a story but backwards. This will
grip the audience and make them think and use their brain as to what is happening in the
film to make them want to watch more. I will need to research horror films and films which
are filmed in reverse such as Tenet, also I will research other filming technique for horror
films to use in my film.
