I have chosen the ARK website as it
is similar to the website I am going
to create. The images used on the
website show a background with a
model in front. I will also use this in
my website.
Advertising different
brands in a bar at the top
of the page.
The backgrounds
set the scene and
make the certain
types of clothing
look like they suit
the environment
around them. All
the backgrounds
are similar and all
the clothes are
different.
Existing Product
All the backgrounds used
are different for different
styles of clothes. The
background are a
autumn/winter theme.
This is the urban outfitters
website, most of the
models on the images of
this webpage are not
looking at the camera. This
makes the audience more
interested in looking at the
clothes than the people
wearing them.
Existing Product
The adidas website uses celebrities to
model their product, this makes the
audience want to buy the product because
if they see celebrities wearing them the
audience believe the product is
fashionable.
Also Adidas have chosen a seasonable
theme as they have brought out more
clothes for certain seasons. I will also
include this in the website I’m going to
create.
The font used is a bold font, this is
to catch the audiences eye which is
used to advertise their new product.
Existing Product
Fred Perry is a Clothing brand that has been
going since 1952. In the background of the
website it shows old images in black and
white to give the audience the idea that
Fred Perry is a historic brand.
The old advert shows three men
modelling their product, this also shows
that the certain clothes are just aimed
at men.
At the bottom of the page it says the
brand name and includes the brand
logo. This is also advertising the whole
brand not just the products in the
image.

2. research (js)

  • 2. Existing Product I have chosen the ARK website as it is similar to the website I am going to create. The images used on the website show a background with a model in front. I will also use this in my website. Advertising different brands in a bar at the top of the page. The backgrounds set the scene and make the certain types of clothing look like they suit the environment around them. All the backgrounds are similar and all the clothes are different.
  • 3. Existing Product All the backgrounds used are different for different styles of clothes. The background are a autumn/winter theme. This is the urban outfitters website, most of the models on the images of this webpage are not looking at the camera. This makes the audience more interested in looking at the clothes than the people wearing them.
  • 4. Existing Product The adidas website uses celebrities to model their product, this makes the audience want to buy the product because if they see celebrities wearing them the audience believe the product is fashionable. Also Adidas have chosen a seasonable theme as they have brought out more clothes for certain seasons. I will also include this in the website I’m going to create. The font used is a bold font, this is to catch the audiences eye which is used to advertise their new product.
  • 5. Existing Product Fred Perry is a Clothing brand that has been going since 1952. In the background of the website it shows old images in black and white to give the audience the idea that Fred Perry is a historic brand. The old advert shows three men modelling their product, this also shows that the certain clothes are just aimed at men. At the bottom of the page it says the brand name and includes the brand logo.
