Pre-Production
Style sheet
I will use the lighter colours on the characters
and I will make the background darker. This is so
the characters stand out over the background.
Layout 1
The blue circles are player 1’s team and the red circles are the
opposite team. The black circle in the middle is the football. The
background of this game is the football pitch that the game is
played on.
The white squares at the sides are the goals. The aim of the
game is very simple one team has to score more goals than the
other until the time runs out.
Layout 2
The layout I have used is a simple football pitch and goal. The
white circle is where the player takes a shot aiming at the goal,
the aim of the game is to score as many goals as you can out of
a set amount.

Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
Photoshop Document might have issues with
the saving.
Back up the work through email.
The internet might not be working. Make sure you have a clear idea of what you
are designing.
There is a chance the memory stick could break
and all work could be lost.
Make sure all the work is backed up.
fonts might be unclear. Make sure you choose a clear font so the text
or titles is readable.
The pixel art might become distorted. Make sure the pixel drawings are equal.
The images could be unclear over the
background.
Make sure the images are a different colour to
the background so they stand out.
Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
Dehydration Drink water.
Eye strain Make the monitor is eye level and not too high
up.
Headaches Take little rests, don’t have the screen
brightness too high.
Stress Make sure you are on time and meet the
deadlines.
Cramp Drink water, take little breaks.
Discomfort Make sure you have enough space. So the work
place isn't cramped.

Editor's Notes

  1. Explore colours, fonts and image styles similar to what you want to produce. Discuss all three elements in relation to why you chose them and where you may use them in your project. Go over as many pages as you need to
  2. Mock up of a potential design using the colours and fonts established in your style sheet and sourced images
  3. Mock up of a potential design using the colours and fonts established in your style sheet and sourced images
