• Assisting and advising Franchisees on how to maximise their profits annually.
• Ensuring that Sport For All Franchise agreement, systems and procedures are in place and are adhered to,
both manual and computer.
• Assisting and advising Franchisees on how to control and protect their assets and resources, stock, Player
Management system and staff.
• Identifying problems or under-performing areas at sites, discussing these issues with the Franchisees and
assisting with drawing up suitable action plans to restore or improve profitability.
• Representing SFA interests at all times in fair dealing with Franchisees, their staff members and work
colleagues.
• Monitoring and evaluating planned marketing plans.
• Ensuring that Franchisees and coaches are trained in all SFA systems (Player Management System and
Sportplan).
