Employment History
Audit Partnership Limited Profit Recovery Auditor June 2015 – June 2016
As an element of my degree, I completed a placement opportunity at Audit Partnership Limited. I was involved in working with
a large blue chip grocery company by analysing closed trading periods in order to recover missed financial benefits. Working
within the professional office based environment has led me to develop my commercial awareness skills. I have learnt a lot
about the industry and the purpose of our work in benefiting our clients and strengthening their position within the market. I
am a competent user of internal and external business systems and have a good awareness of policies and procedures. I can
also demonstrate a good ability to function as part of an effective working team. This can be demonstrated through our team’s
performance levels and the recoveries that I have contributed towards within our department.
2. Other accomplishments and skill areas include:
• Analysing and interpreting varying forms of purchase and sales data
• Producing reports in order to present findings and accurately explain key claim workings
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and in particular Microsoft Excel
• Awareness of ISO 97001 and 27001 regulations
• Organising external visits to the company office
Centerplate Catering Staff February 2014 – April 2015
I worked at Hillsborough Football Stadium, serving both hot food and drinks to customers on match days throughout the
football season. Working in an environment with a high labour turnover has helped me to enhance my leadership and
adaptability skills. This is due to having to provide training towards new employees which has developed my time management
skills by combining this duty with the serving of customers in a high pressure environment. My customer service skills have
been thoroughly tested with the requirement to offer a quick and efficient service. This is an area that excelled in based upon
the feedback that I received from my section manager.
Other duties included:
• Assisting the team leader with stock and takings calculations
• Communicating and coordinating instructions to fellow employees
• Cleaning of machinery and food serving equipment
• Cash handling
Bowburn Hall Hotel Bar Staff February 2013 – September 2013
I worked in a busy environment, serving both drinks and food to customers through peak and non-peak operating periods and
also during function events. The high volume of customers requiring service helped me to develop both my teamwork and
communication skills through the ever increasing interaction with fellow employees. This then helped me develop and maintain
a high and transferable level of customer service through the course of my employment. This helped me to benefit my own
personal enrichment and provide a valuable contribution towards a successful working team.
Other duties included:
• Glass Collecting
• Cleaning of both the Bar and Restaurant Area
• Collecting payments and operating the till
• Stock Taking
Achievements and Interests
• I am the recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. This demonstrates my teamwork and commitment skills
through the completion of the volunteering, skills and physical sections that comprise the achievement of this award. I

allows me to officiate in rugby matches.
