 Prepare according to « best practice » and using the « Target Brand Standards »
the launch and opening of 10 store locations.
 Hire, train and develop 160 team members and 20 team leaders for the North
District of Quebec.
 Responsible for the operations and logistics of 10 Target store locations.
Including; trailer unloads, systematic replenishment, inventory and price accuracy,
store receiving and reverse logistics.
 Maximizing space in the backrooms and sensitizing team members to the
importance of the « missing items » process and the way in which operational
procedures influence total gross margin.
 Inspire reverse logistics and receiving teams to use « best practice » and to execute
