He facilitated travel for Al-Qaida operatives and is linked to the director of Al Wafa activities in Afghanistan and Pakistan. While not a member of Al-Qaida or the Taliban, he is deemed a medium risk and may pose a threat to US interests due to his ties to terrorist organizations.
