Jane Hart gave a keynote on social learning in the workplace. She outlined different types of social learning like personal learning networks and described how learning and development professionals can support social learning by helping teams share and learn from one another. The case study of a Pfizer sales team in India showed how a guided social learning approach helped the team connect remotely and learn together.
