•Videos  have become one of the most widely used means
of learning.

training i.e. e-learning materials, video ILT’s, online

               Videos up to 50 hours per month – cost 200$/ month
               Videos up to 100 hours per month – cost 350$/ month
               Videos up to 200 hours per month – cost 700$/ month
               Videos more than 200 hours per month – cost 800$/ month
     •    Additional transcripts in other language will cost 10$ each. The
         above package will include up to 2 transcripts in different
                                 language.

How will Micro-workers EARN?

     •   Semi-skilled micro worker receives payment based on the
         length of videos i.e. 2$ per hour on monthly basis.
                              e.g.: For 4 hour duration video, micro-worker
                                 earns 8$.

     •   Skilled micro worker i.e. language expert will receive a payment
         of 1$ per hour plus a fixed allowance of 20$ per month.
                              e.g.: for 100 hour duration of video in a
                                month, he earns 100$ plus 20$ fixed
                                allowance.
