This document outlines an activity tracker design thinking workshop. It begins with introducing design thinking and its process. Participants are then broken into pairs to interview each other about activity tracking needs, define problems, sketch ideas, and provide feedback. They work through each step of the design thinking process to develop a prototype activity tracker concept within 40 minutes. The goal is for participants to gain an overview of applying design thinking from research to product development.

overview of the entire design thinking process.
In 40min we ask to:
• Interview your partner to gain insights about his/her wants
and needs
• Define a point of view based on the insights they found
• Sketch some new alternatives based on the point of view
• Test these new ideas with their partner to gather feedback
• Act on the feedback and build a prototype of an Activity
