Caleb Wilcox proposes several options for presenting his final production work, including creating social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to share his game. He considers emailing links to the game and contacting local game stores. Wilcox also discusses presenting the game as a running animation on a computer for people to view at their leisure. 2. Ideas on presenting work
• Facebook page
• Instagram page (general social media platform)
• Blogger page (people with the link will be able to visit my blog page and view my
final production FMP piece)- this is something of which I will have to look at
emailing out to people.
• YouTube – again this is something where I would have to look at finding/sourcing
a way to get the link for the video out to people. ( again could do this by simply
by emailing it out to people.
• Look at sending out my game to existing game designers/ local ‘Game’ stores or
even be looking at finding people who take an interest in playing the sort of
animation games that mine is based around.
• Look at presenting my work as a running animation, the idea by this is that I will
present it on a computer and letting people view it as they please (most likely
would be playing the game on a loop, with or without some narrative over It).

3. Presenting work- Blogger
With one of the ideas of me looking
at presenting/getting my work out
their to the world I have looked at
the idea of posting my production
onto my blogger page. This I find to
be a good idea because by posting
my work onto a blogger page people
who take an interest in the games
industry or work in the media
industry in general will be able to
view my work and have their own
opinion on it/if not they could even
look at giving me their opinion and
what I could look at improving to it.
People would be able to view my
blogger post by simply going on the
‘blogger website or I would look at
sending people the link who
requested it.

4. Presenting work- YouTube
With this presentation idea I have
looked at the idea of posting my
work on popular social media
platform ‘YouTube’. I thought this
to be a good idea as hundreds of
millions of people look at posting
and if not viewing games/videos
that people have posted.
Not only this but people who take
an interest in the media industry
will probably take the time to look
at viewing my game once they
have realised what it is based
on/around. The good thing about
posting my production on
‘YouTube’ is that there is a
comment section so people are
able to look at giving there own
personal opinion on my game,
which is pretty much giving me
feedback.
The main thing for me about posting my game up on
‘YouTube’ is the amount of people that will end up
viewing my game over a period of time . This is good as if
people like my game then they will no doubt end up
sharing it/showing it to their friends, which means that
my game will be receiving more views.

5. Presenting work- Reddit
With this I have looked at posting my work up onto ‘reddit’ I thought this to
be a good place to look at posting my work as with this being a page based
more towards looking at peoples work and the ‘media’ based industry lots of
people who are interested in the industry/media will look at viewing my
game at some point, this could attract quite a lot of attention for me.

6. Presenting work – WIX.com
With this idea I have looked at posting the link for my animation game onto website.
This I believe to a good way to look at presenting your work to people because
somebody will view my website and click on the link, which will take them straight
to my game on YouTube. You might not see this is a good thing but if the viewer sees
it to be a good game, they will most likely send the link on to their friends and so on
ext. This would greatly boost the popularity of my game amongst people.

7. Presenting work- too people
With this idea I have looked at
giving it a go with presenting my
work to people in person and
talking about the features/work of
which I have included in my
production work. To do this I have
more looked at the idea of using a
sound recorder to look at making
various different recording where I
talk about my production video
game. Such examples of these
audio recordings include ideas of
talking about the tools/techniques
of which I used along the way of
my production work. Some of
these audio clips also include the
idea at looking how I created my
character including the idea of
how I created the movements ext.
The idea of me presenting my work with this method
of getting it out too people meant that I had to look
at using the idea of ‘Adobe Premier’. I would use this
to put my audio clips on and add into my production
video game. Personally I feel that people would prefer
to see me present my work up in person.

8. Presenting work-Facebook
With this idea I have looked at presenting work up on my Facebook page and peoples/families
Facebook page, I find this too be a beneficial way of presenting my work and getting it out in the
world for people to view. I find this the case because with Facebook it is simply a case of someone
viewing something and if they like it then they share it to their friends and then their friends share it
and so on. This is exactly what I hope to see happen with my game now being up on Facebook and
personally I believe that this will be the case with my video game.
