This document discusses the performance and analysis of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) signals using MATLAB Simulink, highlighting its advantages such as high spectral efficiency and robustness against channel fading. It emphasizes the challenges posed by high Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR) in OFDM systems and presents techniques, particularly selected mapping (SLM), to reduce PAPR while maintaining low complexity. The results from simulations demonstrate optimal phase rotation values that achieve significant PAPR reductions, contributing to more efficient communication systems.
